Fantastic experience: If you’re new driver like me had never drove before, I highly recommend Heping driving school. I didn’t think that I can pass the road test easily but I did. Mr. Jack Zhu is my tutor, he’s nice and experienced , I hope you could enjoy the courses like I did, good luck everyone!

Fantastic experience: The overall experience is great! I practiced mostly with Vina, who has been very nice, patient, and professional. I passed in my second test after ~2 months' practice, and all the key points I learned from my coaches are reallyyy helpful. Also I really care about how comfortable I am around my coaches cus I have met some unpleasant ones back at home, but I can definitely give a five star on this one - I didnt have to go thru a ton of pressure to learn stuff here. <3 Vina好米，去上她的课！

Fantastic experience: My experience at Heping Driving School was quite enjoyable. The school was very accommodating in fitting lessons into into my busy schedule, and the package and lessons were reasonably priced. As a beginner driver, I had never driven a car before or even touched a steering wheel. My driving instructor, Ken, was very patient, positive, and skilled in his approach to teaching me how to operate a vehicle.He taught me many techniques and approaches for parking, driving and strategies to drive on the road. Thanks to my driving instructor Ken, I was able to pass my road test today. Ken is a fantastic driving instructor and I highly recommend Heping Driving School.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I passed on first trial. Coach Yu and Vina are both very patient and encouraging. Pricing is very reasonable and even though each session is 90 minutes, they are not particular about it and each session often goes to ~100 minutes to ensure me getting all the reps.

Fantastic experience: I was able to pass my driving exam after only 5 lessons! The price for the classes was reasonable too. The instructor Ken was very calm and patient. Scheduling classes was super easy. They will text you and send reminders when lessons are. I was never able to pass when I took classes at other driving schools because the instructors at other schools are so rude. So I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed my lessons at Heping Driving School. The packages were affordable and they were able to accommodate my schedule despite me having a day job. I took 6 lessons in roughly a month and a half and passed my road test first try with some outside practice. My instructor was Ken and I highly recommend him. I started with very little driving knowledge and got great advice from him on how to drive more confidently and skillfully on the road. Ken was really thorough with his lessons and always had a good answer for any questions I had. Again, would recommend asking for Ken if your schedule allows for it.

Fantastic experience: This driving school was great. Price was reasonable and it was extremely responsive in scheduling classes. Vina (instructor) is the best!!!! This was my first time taking the road test and was super nervous for it but I was able to pass. Vina was super helpful and patient with me the whole time in all our classes and she was always happy to answer any questions I had. Everything from reminders the day before class to support during the day of the test really shows how much vina cares about her students. Super appreciated her and I think anyone would be lucky to have her as their instructor.

Fantastic experience: I'd had lessons at a different school but failed my road test 5 years ago, hadn't driven since and needed a refresher. I chose Heping because their website is straightforward and prices are affordable. Heping's admin reached out to schedule lessons right away and was accommodating when I needed to reschedule my road test to an earlier day. I was able to pass after only 5 lessons thanks to my instructor, Ken. He was very encouraging and had a lot of great tips. He knew I was nervous about parallel parking so we focused on that before my test till I perfected it. I honestly didn't think I'd pass but Ken knew I could and he was right lol

Fantastic experience: I had a great time at Heping Driving School. I had two instructors, Ken and Nick, who gave me so much helpful advice and how to crack the road test. Not only that, but I can tell they have had a lot of experience teaching how to drive and passed that knowledge on to me. They were super patient, kind, and it felt very personal when I was taking lessons from them. Although Nick left the school, I would 100% recommend Ken because he was incredibly nice, relatable and even offered to start my lesson earlier right before the road test to squeeze extra time for last minute practice, which I felt definitely helped! In addition, the people in the office were also super nice and helped me plan the road test ahead of time, helping me have the best chance of passing on my first try despite my busy schedule. All in all, I felt like they really valued your success and wanted you to pass the road test instead of trying to get more money out of you, and that's why Heping is the best driving school here in Flushing.

Positive experience: Pros- I pass my road test after booking a couple of sessions w/ this school! My instructor Ken was so patient and gives constructive feedback to make the most of the time we have. The only con I have to say about this place is booking road sessions. It’s a whole process (calling in ahead of time to schedule) and they do not always have the time you need.

Fantastic experience: Took 10 classes at Heping Driving School and passed the road test on first try! All thanks to my instructor Brain ! Im a very anxious and nervous person, but Brain is very patient and nice. He make you feel like you are driving around with a friend. He is also flexible with schedule. Knowing that I have a toddler to take care off, he will try to schedule my class in the morning for me. If you are a beginner or never drive before, Highly recommended Brain! My permit was expiring in September, Heping was able to schedule a road test before expiration date. The downside is that office never told me it was scheduled. I found out when I was looking through emails.

Positive experience: I bought unlimited package($480)which suppose to cover 3 road test for free but after my 1st road test failed, the institute tried to charge me additional $55 but I didnot give.. the institute gave me a condition saying I have to pay from next if I fail. They even ask me to go to test site by myself which the driving school are suppose to take. Thankfully the instructor Frank was so kind and nice. There is no pick and drop services like other institute. I recommend this institute with following condition: 1) never buy unlimited package, choose lowest price so that you are not shock when they charge later. 2) get conditions in written so that they don’t change the services later. 3)it should be responsible for the driving school to take to road test site. *if they don’t agree with above conditions, please consider another school.

Fantastic experience: I signed up at Heping Driving as a first time learner who knew nothing about driving. I was able to pass the road test on my first try with the help of instructor Jack. This was the only driving school I attended so I cannot offer a comparative review. However, I am satisfied with the outcome and the process.

Fantastic experience: I only took 3 classes and passed in one time. The instructor Jack was so patient and funny. He was super experienced as well. If you do not know whose class to take，I definitely recommend him. He gives a high rate of passing. PS： He was more nervous than me when practicing and taking the road test，a super responsible guy！

Fantastic experience: My instructor Jack was amazing. I started driving February 2023 and have been driving for 5 months now. I had 11 total classes starting at 0 experience a I passed the road test in one try.

Positive experience: Very good experience, the only drawback is that I used 3 different cars during practise. I wish they had a uniform fleet of cars. I advise you to seek different instructors as each has different style, which is actually a benefit to students. I wish the driving lessons could have taken place near where driving test takes place.

Fantastic experience: I got the three lessons + driving exam package with Heping. They called me back the day I bought it and connected me with David Wang. David was so so so wonderful. He gave me so many useful pointers for the exam and really helped to pinpoint the exact things I needed help with. I found him to be really nice, funny, and understanding as an instructor. Without him, I wouldn’t have passed my exam today!!! I would absolutely recommend Heping and especially David.

He was super patient, encouraging, and had a great attitude. He helped my mom stay calm and confident behind the wheel, even after failing her previous tests. The whole experience at the school was great. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and our instructor was always there to answer questions and offer feedback. He never made my mom feel bad about her mistakes and was always positive and supportive. My coach David Wang is very experienced and knows all the practical tips on how to effectively pass the test. He has accurately assessed my driving skills during our first lesson, and tailored our practice sessions to ensure success. The training he conducted was efficient, straightforward and intuitive. Fantastic experience: i signed up for this driving school with a recommendation from my brother. i did the 15 lesson unlimited package as a super anxious first time driver. my instructor was brian and i highly recommend asking for him as your instructor. he is super calm, patient, and friendly! by the 5th lesson, all my anxiety and worries about driving were gone and i felt extremely comfortable in the car. the customer service team is also wonderful! they are super responsive and helpful given any situation i was in; they were able to accommodate my request of changing my road test to a later date and were super nice as well. i only used some of my lessons and passed my road test on my first try with brian!! i’m glad i’m able to transfer my lessons over :) highly recommend heping driving school! such an amazing team and so lucky to have them work with me!

Fantastic experience: My instructor Brandon was the absolute best. I had previously signed up for 5 classes in another school and developed many bad habits that the instructor did not correct for me. I also received different instructors per week. This made me extremely confused because each instructor had a different agenda. At my last session, i had barely learned parking! After that I decided to sign up for heping driving school, where they assigned me with Brandon as my instructor. Brandon helped correct many of my bad habits and also taught me many tips and tricks for parking, turns, and pull ins(which I struggle with the most). After 5 sessions with Brandon, I passed my test on the first try with Brandon. Heping driving school also helped me schedule all of my sessions all at once. This helped me avoid confusion and they were very professional with everything. They make sure that you are going to have the same instructor throughout your session. I did not have this advantage in my previous school. I recommend every new driving students to give this school a try and look for Brandon!

Fantastic experience: the instructors are really professional here at heping, as well as the people in the office. i just passed my road test today on the first try and i cant even express my amount of joy and eagerness from this. i highly recommend benjamin though i only had two lessons with him, but he made the lessons so chill and comfortable as if you were driving with a friend !

Positive experience: Brandon was extremely chill and helpful with his instructions on how to drive. I would recommend him, if you apply here. One of the other instructors I have a lessons with was not professional at all and my first road test went terribly with him. But the school was prompt in resolving any issues and the scheduling of the road tests. Though it took me three tries, I'm happy to get my license in the end.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Heping Driving School was great! Lesson scheduling is pretty flexible and communication was top notch with all my instructors. I had to switch instructors a few times due to their personal reasons, but all of the instructors I’ve had were amazing. Having Shan as a driving instructor was honestly like driving with a friend. The lessons were always chill yet informative. I had a lesson with Julian before my road test the same day and he was super encouraging. He gave a lot of good tips to improve my driving and is really knowledgeable about the road test. We worked on the points I felt like I needed to improve on and I passed today! I also have had lessons with Ivan, David, and Brandon, and all three were such good teachers too. Honestly I don’t think this school has a single bad instructor

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend you take your driving classes with David Wang, I was so nervous and scared to drive, and really don’t think I can be a driver. But he made me feel very comfortable and guided me how to drive. He is fun, and very easy to talk to. He is also very good at making sure you are fully prepared for your road test. Fantastic experience: Pretty good place to learn how to drive if you are in the area. Lessons are cheap and scheduling is flexible. My last instructor was a guy named Ben. He's really friendly and is good at providing constant feedback during your lessons. He also speaks English so if you're an ABC like me with iffy Chinese, choose this guy.

Fantastic experience: I only had one lesson with Brandon, the day of my road test. He was very friendly and explained things very well. I was struggling with parallel parking because I had not practiced it in a while. Brandon practiced with me and made me feel comfortable parking. If it weren’t for his teachings in parallel parking that day, I most likely would have messed up parallel parking during the test. He is a great instructor!

Fantastic experience: Heping is great and I've gotten many driving lessons with them. My first instructor, Ivan, two summers ago was great at making me feel comfortable driving. This time around I mostly had Brandon who was awesome and made me feel very relaxed and boosted up my driving confidence. I also gotten a lesson with Shan, who was amazing, also built up my confidence and made me feel safe enough drive in various spots that can be hectic like Jackson Heights and Elmhurst. All of my instructors were very funny and great rapport with me. I have and will continue to recommend them to people I know.

Fantastic experience: Heping Driving School is a very convenient and effective way to not only pass the road test, but become a better driver. They were willing to accommodate my tight schedule, helping me get my pre-licensing course, lessons, and road test all completed before I had to leave the city. On some days, I had Shan as my instructor. He's super reliable and nice to talk to. He really cared about my learning. On other days, I had Brandon, who is also a great guy. Both of them really supported me in my learning, helping me become very comfortable behind the wheel. Thanks to them, I was able to pass my road test on my first try!

Fantastic experience: Okay, I passed my driving test today on my first attempt. I had some experience in driving like long long times ago, and mt driving instructor Shan was extremly helpful. He was very caring and patient, and gave me lots of tips for pass. I had a dedicated parallel parking lesson right before the exam and I did it really well because of that. THANK YOU SHAN!!! Fantastic experience: I did the 10 lesson package with prelicensing course and unlimited driving tests, and I got my license today on the second try!! My main instructor was Benjamin, and he was very kind and good at making me feel safe behind the wheel! I appreciated the encouragement I got from the instructor and the receptive customer service team at Heping. My only suggestion would be to have the administration be more organized because I was assigned 3 different driving instructors over the course of 10 lessons. Thanks to Ben and Heping for helping me get my license!!

Fantastic experience: I can't come up with a single complaint with my experience at Heping driving school. They politely assisted me on the process of making appointments and were very accommodating with scheduling. Also, communication with them was very easy. I took classes with instructor Shan and I learned alot from him. I highly recommend asking for classes with him. He knows many helpful tips and techniques to help students pass the road test. He was very considerate because he tailored his instructions to my skill level and understanding of driving. It helped me to improve and reinforce good driving practices. But above all, he is extremely patient, compassionate and comfortable to be around. He is more like a fun-loving friend who is teaching you how to drive as well as he does, rather than a strict drillmaster. Make sure to tip this great driving teacher.

Fantastic experience: I was scared of driving at first but my instructor, Benjamin, made it very comfortable and fun to learn driving. It was easy and concise to learn the rules of the road and I was able to easily build my confidence in driving on the road. I was even able to pass my road test on the first try. There were times when unpredictable situations occurred and Benjamin was able to help and teach me what to do depending on the scenario. He was also super fun to talk and banter with.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend coach David Wang. With his patient, dedicated coaching, I passed the test. I not only acquire driving skill but also much confidence when learning from him. He is a great coach with experienced teaching skills and lots of humor. I really enjoyed learning with him. David is the BEST!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Heping was amazing. Everyone at the company was very professional and helpful. What distinguishes this company from many other is that they are responsive even after you've paid. When I did have a complaint, they called me back ASAP and worked with me to address my concerns. The whole process from paying to scheduling classes and scheduling the road test was seamless. Brian was my instructor and he is superb! He's patient, professional, flexible, kind and a great teacher. There was a month wait, but well worth it!

Fantastic experience: Had some mid experience from some other driving school, not here tho. The lesson length makes sense, price is very reasonable, and the instructor is very attentive to details. They actually help you become good at driving not just focused on passing the test only.

Fantastic experience: My lessons with Benjamin were amazing. He makes driving so easy and fun. Benjamin goes above and beyond in teaching his students the best way to drive. I have never had such a good instructor before. Since joining this driving school this year, I was able to pass my road test today because of him. Benjamin is the greatest instructor I have ever had! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an instructor.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first lesson at Heping with Benjamin and it was a great experience! Benjamin was really patient and calm, which made the experience so much more pleasant especially since I was really nervous! He made me feel like I was able to accomplish anything, and was also really nice about reminding me of my shortcomings so that I would improve more quickly. Definitely recommend Benjamin for your lessons if you're looking for an instructor!

Fantastic experience: I started taking these driving lessons as a total beginner. My first instructor was Nick. He gave very helpful tips and tricks with how to maneuver the car such as how much of the wheel I should turn when making left or right turn. During our lessons, I would occasionally ask questions and he always gave the most useful advices. I was given a new driver for my last two lessons and his name is Benjamin. He was just as good as Nick. I was able to learn a new way to parallel park with Ben as it was quite simple. He is attentive to how I was driving and giving me feedbacks to further improve. Before lessons, he takes time out of his day to message me the day before our next lesson. Overall, this was a nice and meaningful experience, I was able to pass the driving test on the first try. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Passed my first road test today! My instructor David Wang is fantastic and I would highly recommend him. He gave very clear instructions of how to pass the test and made everything easy for beginners. If you have no experience with driving, definitely look for him and he would do his best to make sure you pass the test on first try!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with Heping Driving School. The person at the front desk explained the services they provided and cared about your questions. The instructor I had was Ivan and I would recommend him. He is extremely nice and friendly. He also gave really helpful tips, and answered all the questions you have and made sure you understood everything about driving. In the end, he made sure you are prepared to so that you pass the driver test. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and instructor Ivan!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test! My driving instructor was Brian. He is very friendly, speaks English well, and is a great teacher, so if you’re a complete beginner like I was, I would definitely recommend him! I took 7 lessons total with him (I had a package of 5 classes but added 2 more after I failed my first road test) and he was very patient with me through all of them. The only downside for me was that he did seem to have a very busy schedule so I had to wait a while (about a month) before my lessons started, but I guess it’s expected during the summer season and I’d say it’s still 100% worth the wait to have him as an instructor!

Fantastic experience: I had two instructors: Rex and Michael and both of them were very encouraging and helpful even when I failed two times. I'm very thankful that Michael gave me additional free classes and taught me how to drive beyond the road test. Highly encourage both instructors!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Ivan and he is hands down the best! He helped me perfect my driving and gave me great tips and tricks that helped me pass my road exam on the first try. I would definitely recommend him as an instructor. He was very patient with me which eased any anxiety I had when behind the wheel. 5/5 would recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I was recommending Heping Driving School to my friends and family before even taking my road test but I took it yesterday and passed on my first try! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ivan, he was a super patient instructor and explained everything thoroughly to help me correct my mistakes. I have never driven before my first (of 7) lesson, but I felt SO much more confident behind the wheel by the end of them.

I had Benjamin as my driving instructor and he really took the time and patience to ensure that I felt comfortable driving behind the wheel and that I wasn’t tense and anxious! I passed the road test first try with his help and I didn’t have any prior practice before learning from the school! Overall, it was a great experience and I really did learn a lot!

Fantastic experience: After being recommended this school from a few friends, I took 10 lessons here and had to cram 9 of them PLUS my road test into a month. The staff team was incredibly accommodating and my primary instructor, Benjamin, did an amazing job at teaching me while also making sure I shook off any fear I had while on the road. Passed my road test first try even though I’ve never driven before prior to the lessons and I’m super happy with the whole experience. Thank you so much for everything!!

Fantastic experience: Just passed my road test yesterday! One and done! Benjamin is an incredible instructor. He knew exactly how the test was going to be and prepared me well. He made me feel comfortable in the car and was patient when I made mistakes (especially with parallel parking). The school itself is very professional and responsive. All my queries were answered in a timely manner, and it was obvious that they are pros at it.

The instructors were very helpful during all the lessons and gave clear instructions and tips on how to do well on the road test and how to drive well. Definitely recommend them. Fantastic experience: My instructor was Ivan. He is incredibly professional, informative, very patient, and easygoing. Prior to Ivan, I never sat behind the wheel. His coaching prepares you for the road test, and he understands everything that will be needed to pass. He taught me some tricks for parking, which helped me greatly. Before I decided on this location, I looked around at other driving schools in Queens and chose Heping Driving School based on the good reviews, easy-to-understand, and reasonable pricing. When I stopped by to pay, the man (Kk) there asked me about my experience level, if I had access to a car/family members who can drive outside of the classes, and the overall timeline for the program. Take his suggestions because I am satisfied with the package and service I experienced here. The 5-hour Prelicensing course before your lesson happens through Zoom, so there is no need to go in person. You are in a Zoom call with a bunch of other students. Lastly, the more you practice after your classes, the better you will be at driving.
