When I first started, I was super anxious and nervous, as it has been a while since I’ve last driven. Fantastic experience: So I have taken two courses through this school now: the 5 hour Pre-Licensing Course and the online Defensive Driving Course. The 5 Hour course was as easy as they could make it. Instead of having a gigantic break for lunch, they do a minimal break and just plow through the material as efficiently as possible. This does NOT MEAN you don't learn anything but on the contrary, they are fairly engaging with what they're teaching and more than happy to engage in conversation about it or answer questions you may have. I had to take it for a weird reason; I actually had a license for over 4 years, but in NY, if you don't renew it when you turn 21 within the time frame, you have to start all over with a permit (it's a very weird obscure law that I'm sure no one else deals with because everyone else is smart and just pays to renew their license at 21). At the time I looked at the numbers and the ticket for an expired license was LESS THAN the new license so I figured why not ride it out. Little did I know that by doing that in NY, I'd have to get a permit again, do the 5 hour course again, and take a drivers test again. But I took my 5 hour course here, they made it super efficient and easy, and I then passed my second drivers test without any issue. As for the online Defensive Driving which I JUST FINISHED about 30 minutes ago? The online class was easy to take, straightforward, and not over-engineered like some of them where it isn't clear why you are or are not progressing. This puts a nice timer on each "Next" button so you know exactly how long you have until you can continue. This gives you plenty of time to read the entirety of the text and/or listen or watch the audio or video (if you choose, I preferred to read the text when possible), and if it's too much time, just take a break and come back. Only thing I noticed it SOMETIMES it seemed like the timer would stop if I was away for TOO long. Not sure if this is the reality or if the timer was just so long on some of the slides that when I came back it was still going. Either way, if you want an easy online defensive driving course, this place does it great IMO. So, if you have a need to be instructed in driving a car? This is a great place to go. I imagine their drivers education is of equal quality to the rest of their courses, so I myself wouldn't hesitate to send one of my kids here or anyone else that needs to take any sort of course to get a license or insurance or point reduction. Overall: great school the time I went in person, great online class the time I had to do it online, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Negative experience: So I was under the impression this was a good school. Maybe it’s my experience. But if an instructor is asking the student when is your driving test due to driving so well, and then the test is not passed well I would say there was an issue with the school. Then you call and leave a message to have the instructor call you to talk and they don’t ever call, then again there is an issue with the school. Just be aware.

Fantastic experience: Tommy is a very great teacher and he explains what you do right and wrong, he gives great advice and explains why what you did was wrong. he’s very respectful when teaching and is patient. you should definitely learn with him! He allows you to feel comfortable and confident when driving and always tells me to focus on my confidence. I’ve been learning my left and right turns, parallel parking, and three point turns. every time i practice, i improve my skills. He goes in depth about the mistakes you make so that you don’t make them again and he’s always there to help if needed.
