Negative experience: Not very happy with the fact that every time you walk into this place and you need to purchase something no matter what it is you’re constantly told by staff that they can order it, or you can drive to a sister store. It infuriates me If I wanted to order it online I wouldn’t have taken the time to have driven to Newport Ritchie Harley Davidson and if I wanted to drive to a sister store, I would’ve went there instead of coming here. It’s a horrible experience to know that we have been loyal customers to them , this is how we get treated. I can promise that after, we’ve purchased two bikes at this store. There will not be a third from the store. I went to NPR Harley Davidson because that’s where I chose to do my business but if I’m constantly sent to other stores or ordering it online, what’s the point of even going there?

Fantastic experience: Had great experience at this dealer. Just bought my second bike here, 21 RGS. IT WAS CPO and I was able to get what I feel was a fair price. I enjoyed working with Bryan through the process. Finance dept is great, and when I had a throttle problem a few weeks after purchase, Skylar in service made sure everything was fixed and running properly. Just getting started putting miles on, but the customer service from sales, finance, and service has been nothing but a 10. The entire team goes the extra mile to make sure I've had a quality experience all the way a round.

Fantastic experience: My experience with both the Coaches "REV" & the "PROFESSOR" was no doubt more like 10 stars +++++ and can truly say "life changing" & "life saving"!!! "REV" (the Reverend) will truly bless you with his expertise & experience in motorcycle higher learning and training (the most complete & comprehensive out there) The "Rev" truly teaches you with utmost passion, love & conviction with so much dedication to the details in his work

Fantastic experience: I just got my endorsement and was taught by coaches jay and rev. All I can say is even outside of riding lessons these guys are the best teachers. They put their heart and soul into keeping people aware and safe and God knows how many lives have been saved thanks to these two amazing people. If you are thinking about taking the basic rider course definitely ask for rev and jay!

Fantastic experience: I had Rev and Jay as instructors, and both were highly professional, knowledgeable, and excellent teachers. While there's always room for improvement in anything, this class was nearly perfect. I highly recommend it, even if you already have motorcycle experience.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t make my mind up on what I wanted to buy but Dustin took me out and showed me some amazing bikes. I got to ride a 2024 CVO, as well got to ride both the bikes I originally came here looking for which were a Dayna and Sportster. Also Steve the sales pro was awesome as well with great customer service

Fantastic experience: Called before they opened on a Friday morning hoping they could fit me in for an inspection service on a 2012 Dyna. Friendly guy told me to bring it right in. Got a comprehensive inspection done, made me confident to purchase the bike. Everyone very friendly, helpful and professional. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: They have a beginner rider course that is just right to let you see and figure out what your limits are and the science to how a motorcycle works. Not only do they have this they have rider trainers that love what they do, love to share that with new riders, and take what they do seriously to be as professional as possible. Negative experience: I was just there. Walked in the door, not one person greeted us. Walked around the store looking at different things. Was there for about 10-15 minutes. Not one salesperson approached us. Sign says friendliest HD dealership. They lied!

Fantastic experience: They have a top notch ridding academy, I've been riding 20 years and thought it would be good to take it again, since it was time for my daughter to get her endorsement, Rev and Lindi (the coaches) were awesome. They covered all the riding fundamentals I expected out of a ridding course and then some. I even picked up a thing or two myself to improve my ridding. My class was a lot of fun but also had some serious moments, which completely mirrors my experience ridding bikes as long as I have. 10/10. highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Jordan Peltz and Tim Burkee were amazing instructors. They gave us plenty of time to ask questions and assess mistakes along the way. Very supportive and safety oriented. As a first time rider, never having started a bike before, they facilitated an experience and environment where by the skills assessment, I was confident and comfortable with the practiced maneuvers.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experienced from the class with great coaches, to dealing with Billi Brunschmid, and James Roger’s, they were on top of their game, I did end up buying from Westley Chapel only by chance, but it wasn’t because lack of service from NPR because they are great. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with these guys. Stephen “Chupie” walked me around showing me various bikes and then walked me to Steven the financial manager and he walked me through that process. The day I went to pick up my bike, my friend Suzanne drove me down and I was greeted as I walked up to the door by a young man wiping down another bike. As soon as I said my name, he knew exactly which bike I was picking up, he stopped what he was doing and walked me in, I was greeted by “Julie” (front desk) person, Stephen saw me and said he’d be right with me. Stephen came over and escorted me to Helena in accessories (we ladies love to accessorize) she then showed around the accessory area, Stephen came back and escorted me to. Skylar (service advisor) he explained things about service, escorted me into service area, Stephen then escorted me to clothing (where they had a very nice welcome package for me) and then last but not least Billi (not sure of title) she had all of my paperwork. At any point where I had questions, they answered my questions, reassured me (I had major anxiety that day) be it had been so long since I had ridden. Stephen actually trailered my bike and me home to Weeki Wachee. The riding academy was amazing those coaches, Mike, Todd, Jordan, we’re all amazing. Kelli was amazing at getting me in. The best purchase experience I’ve ever had.. I knew I was buying a bike, but I absolutely had no idea that I was joining a family. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my MSF here and got my MSF card so I can get my motorcycle endorsement. All the coaches I trained under were excellent at providing me with on-topic tips during range time and helping me develop my skill. Two Thumbs way up for "Rev" and "Coach", they really helped me develop the critical, life-saving skills I will need on the road. I drove for an hour to get to this location, and it was time well spent.

Fantastic experience: Just went through the Riders Academy and I have to tell you from introduction with Kellie, through the whole process, with the coaches, Mike, Todd, Jordon, and one other I can’t remember his name, sorry, they really took time to teach all the right things, and you can tell they care, I believe everyone got a big learning lesson. I feel more comfortable now, and they encouraged everyone to get comfortable on your bike, before you hit the streets and always be cautious to everyone around you, thank you to all of you, and God Bless.

Negative experience: We had to visit a friend of ours .My wife came inside with our son.He has autism and some rude lady With Curly hair up front was talking to him and my wife was explaining to her, that he has autism and doesn't understand anything she's saying She was pretty rude about the whole thing. Remember this treat people the way you would like to be treated .Definitely, not coming back here, not very friendly and not very nice.

The coaches Rev and Mike were amazing, they had really good attitudes, patience, teaching skills, and they were just so fun to be around. They made sure that while we were being educated on the safety of riding we also had fun with it and that we felt comfortable with each other, them, and the bikes. Fantastic experience: If you are signing for New Riders course, make sure you ask for REV as your coach. This guy is phenomenal. He is so passionate about teaching the best and safe riding skills. More importantly he cares for you, very respectful and treats you as his family. His teaching skills are so good he brought the whole batch of 11 students together, feel ease, and work as one team. He was not afraid to point the obvious mistakes I made and worked with me to correct it. Todd and Mike, the other coaches were good as well. Overall, my wife and I signed up for this course and had a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: Wow just took the 3 day beginner riding course and it was amazing. The first day we started off slow with just classroom knowledge that really helped set the foundation for when we got on the course on day 2. When day 2 came Rev and Todd (my riding coaches) were so patient and thorough. On day 3 I felt very comfortable and we begin to build on our building blocks. Next thing I knew I was getting better and better and passed my test. I couldn’t have done it with out the dedication from all the riding coaches (Rev, Todd, and Mike). Thanks again guys

Fantastic experience: Just purchased my 7th Harley from HD of NPR, and this dealership displayed the best-selling process I've seen in a long time. The staff was experiences and kept my desires upfront. Toured the dealership from front to back - all staff members displayed great customer service throughout the process. They made good on my interests and desires and the delivery of my new HD was prompt and as promised. Worthy mentions are; Billi, both Steve(s), and Jose.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the motorcycle safety foundation (MSF) Basic riders course at Harley Davidson of New Port Richey. We had two amazing rider coaches “Rev” and James. I feel so fortunate to have been able to take this class with them. Rev was so calm, patient, professional, passionate and fun. I appreciated that Rev always put our safety first and emphasized the importance of safety in every exercise. We had so many challenges throughout our class with extreme heat, rain storms and other distractions. Rev kept us all focused and positive throughout the whole class. I understand I have so much more to learn but now I have the confidence to exceed my skill level that I didn’t have before. My teenage son has expressed his desire to want to ride as well. I will be signing him up and recommend all my family and friends that are interested to sign up as well. Thank you to Rev, Kelli and James for this opportunity and amazing experience. Harleylujah!!!

Fantastic experience: I took the MSF riding course this past weekend! I am 4'10 " 62 year old female, and I passed! The Rev and James were the coaches. They are amazing. I could not have done it without them! I learned a lot and gained a lot of confidence! It was a long hot weekend and we had downpours with thunder and lightning and some other situations along with high heat and humidity, and yet they got us through it! Fantastic experience: Don made sure I was taken care of after a previous bad experience with an employee, I would like to express my gratitude to don, Jose their driver and the service departments manager (I'm sorry I forgot your name). These guys really went above and beyond to make things right. They Carry the harley way on their hearts and because of them and their actions they will be keeping me as a customer.

Negative experience: Won’t work on 03 and later bikes. won’t work on your bike but want you to buy a new one mine is immaculate has 16k. And now if you read the reply from the general manager he wants to try and make this right. Told me to call the service manager. Why would I ever take my bike there turned me away the first time and after a review wanting to make it better. Real shady

This is an excellent place to get started on a motorcycle, these guys are very thorough and teach you everything you need to know ,and the two coaches Rev and Jordan are excellent at what they do, they make it fun enjoyable and most importantly they make you learn. Fantastic experience: I can not thank enough Mark and Jerry, the 2 coaches, who was a corner stone for improving my riding skills though I was riding for 9 years. Really this a must take course as it will change your perception. Shout out to the coaches and to Harley-Davidson. Side note the appearal in this store is really cool. Next for me is the adventure riding course.

Positive experience: So, bought a used bike , love the bike , salesman was great... had I'd known I was risking my life on 5 yr old tires when I left, may not have purchased that one... everything is ( Harley inspected ) , but the ball was dropped on that one... so if you buy a bike from them , GET A NEW BIKE!!!!! Fantastic experience: Wanted to give a shout out to Joe in the service department. An ordering mistake was made which caused a delay. I needed my bike for Leesburg Bikefest that started on Friday. But, Joe went above and beyond to get it straightened out and have my bike back to me Friday morning. Plus I had to order front wheel bearings that weren't in stock. They came in earlier than expected. Joe had them installed before I got there to get my bike Friday morning. What a great surprise. Thanks for making it happen Joe.

Fantastic experience: This Harley dealer is great. i have used service and have been completely satisfied. Jim in sales is excellent, he knew what i wanted and he made sure it happened. best part is he didn't try to switch me. Scooter in parts is one of the most knowledgeable parts guys i have ever run into, and I am in the auto repair business and know a good parts guy when i see one. Also he is very personable and has a great attitude.

Positive experience: This was a hundred dollar pair of jeans. I think I paid half that when I bought 2 pairs. The other pair was thrown away last month. This isn't a review on the harley davidson dealership itself , but the product they are given to sell . I have reviewed this harley dealership in the past (at least the service department) and wouldn't ever go back for anything after my experience. Having said that, the staff are nice and it is a nice dealership.

Fantastic experience: Took the riding course with Rev and Tod and it was by far the best experience!! Rev was so engaging and really cared about the trainees took his time and was patient. Todd was knowledgeable and informative. Highly highly recommend this class to get your certification for motorcycle endorsement.

Fantastic experience: Had been trying to deal with other local Harley dealers was looking triglide just happen to stop in there out and about they had a leftover 23 liked the color they offered me a deal I just couldn't refuse I was going to purchase the fender bras and heel shifter they actually took care of both items including installing Jim was my salesman he is awesome billi the financial manager is awesome Amy was amazing to would recommend everyone go there

Fantastic experience: I went here for my 10000-mile service 4 years ago and they totally sucked, the service manager tried to make it right, but I never went back except to buy parts. I just went to get a upgrade, taillights and the computer gave the wrong part so when I went back the General manager Don McCadden got involved and took care of me. I am giving 5 stars because if you have an issue, they will definitely take care of you. It's hard to find great customer service these days but you will find it with Don. Thank you again for your help

Fantastic experience: I talked briefly with Joe, the service writer briefly a few times in the last six months. He always took the time to answer my questions I had. I'm sure he does this with all customers. His demeanor says so. You absolutely have the right guy back there. He knows his business like the back of his hand. Yesterday I took my bike in for the 10k service. Very important to me. Joe kindly explained what would be done. He shared a couple of minor concerns about bike. No pressure to have more work done. Just a small bit of advice to start thinking about a couple things. I will absolutely go back to him. I absolutely trust his knowledge and highly skilled recommendations. It's great to have "my guy, or I have a guy" to help with my bike. Thank you so much Joe. Very much appreciated. Don't let this guy go. He is very much a top reason I will return, and I'm sure others feel the same. Technician Thomas, couldn't be happier. Everything was done to Mike bike, like it was his own. Came back way nicer than before the work. Big difference in steering and clutch feel. Actually I don't think clutch felt this good, new. Cleaned bike after work was completed. Washed, and completely wiped down. Thanks Thomas. Great job. I can ride away knowing a professional attended to my bike. Bike was completed before promised time. That's nice to have happen. A little bit lower than expected in price. Best yet, for me. All in all, service and people involved, top notch. I only hope I can continue to have both these men involved in the care of my bike. Negative experience: If I could leave zero Stars I would. Made a deal over the phone for a particular bike. Was shown the bike and then told they couldn't sell it for the agreed upon price. Of course they tried to upsell me for a bike that I didn't want wasn't interested in. Then they tried to sell me the same bike from another Harley dealership for $600 more than the agreed upon price. If you're looking to get a bike do not go there find another Harley dealership to go to worst 2 hours of my life.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the motorcycle safety foundation (MSF) Basic riders course at Harley Davidson of New Port Richey. I found the whole experience absolutely amazing. Not only were the instructors “Rev“ and Jay extremely knowledgeable. They made the course enjoyable and created an environment conducive to learning. If you are looking to learn how to ride a motorcycle you should absolutely choose Harley Davidson of New Port Richey and ask for “Rev“ and Jay to be the instructors.

Fantastic experience: Rev and jay are the coolest people I’ve ever met! The riding course was the most fun I’ve ever had in my entire life! Any mistake I made they made me feel like I could do and they boosted my confidence. Rev and Jay are really funny guys, rev has the most down to earth and realest personality and Jay is chill and a kind soul. If you feel nervous about anything with the course, don’t worry ask for rev and Jay and they’ll fight like hell for you! The training you go thru Saturday and Sunday is harder than the actual riding test and the written test is nothing to stress over. I just wanted to thank rev and Jay for making me feel belonged because I usually feel like the odd one out a lot but not this weekend. So thank you guys you guys are the greatest people I’ve ever met!

Fantastic experience: The new rider course was the most fun and memorable experience I could have ever had. The rider coaches Rev and Mike made the weekend so enjoyable but also took the time to make sure every rider was safe and properly geared. They took the time to make sure everyone fully understood the techniques and exercises. If you’re looking at getting your endorsement or just touching up on skills, I’d recommend not only NPR Harley but also the best riding coaches, Rev and Mike!

Fantastic experience: I attended the New Rider Course this past weekend at NPR HD. I feel anyone at any skill level can take something out of this class. My coaches Rev, and Mike were the best coaches I could’ve hoped for. Their overall knowledge and demeanor was top notch! The class was a great experience and I will take what I learned with me for the rest of my riding career.

Fantastic experience: So was thinking about getting another bike, been riding a dyna cvo and wanted something a bit more comfortable for some longer rides. I gotta say that Jim at NPR harley is awesome. I was at the dealership many times and figured he would be sick of me after a while but no, every time I came in he was more than happy to explain all the different models and comparisons to each other. Finally left with a beautiful ultra and couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. Highly recommend Jim Roger's and also a shout out to Steve and Dee who also had to deal with me when Jim was unavailable 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️outfit all the way

Fantastic experience: Such amazing customer service from everyone but a huge shout out to Skyler in the service department. My husband purchased a bike from a different Harley location and after only a couple weeks, he was having a lot of issues with the bike. The location he purchased the bike from pretty much told him he was screwed (even with a service warranty) but Skyler did everything he could to get my husbands bike fixed without it costing us thousands of dollars, from working to get things approved through the warranty and dealing with the location the bike was purchased at. He was very straightforward about everything, kept us updated while they had the bike in the shop and we didn’t get hit with any extra charges last minute like some places do. We can’t praise Skyler and the NPR Harley team enough for everything they did to get my husband’s bike back on the road!

Fantastic experience: I recently bought a brand new bike of the showroom floor.Had electrical 4 electrical issues with said bike.2 of them within 1 week from each other, needless to say I was mad and ready to go to cooperate cause the new bike I bought felt like I couldn't ride.So I went into the dealership and asked to speak to a manager, told them what was going on and that i was about to go the cooperate. I spoke to Amy,Steve, and Billy. They assured me that everything was going to be OK and help me out of a bad situation. They had me test ride couple other bikes and get me on something I was going to be happier on.Andrew was the one taking me out on my test rides and my sales associate helping me out. He was very professional and assured me once again everything would be alright.Long story short I got a new bike that I really love and thanks too Amy,Steve,Billy, and Andrew for helping me out of a bad situation which I was really angry about furious and ready to go to cooperate , to helping me out and making me a happy customer.Been coming to this harley for a decade and would recommend anyone to do business with them. They definitely treat you like family and do anything to make sure you are happy. Thank you very much and I love my new motorcycle

Steven was very patient with us and answered all of our questions that we had. They even stayed late with us due to insurance problems.
