Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach

Fantastic experience: On September 28 I took my motorcycle for a service. Little did I know that the service team would save me from a bad situation. I had to leave the motorcycle in the shop and it was sad, but things got better. The service team called a few times a week and sometimes a few times a day to inform me of the situation. Harley Davidson was very good at honoring the warranty. It gets better. The dealer delivered the motorcycle to me since I lived far away. There were delays, but they were beyond our control. I cannot express in words my gratitude to all the technicians and people who took care of my motorcycle. I thank everybody for answering my many questions and showing me exactly what was wrong and how you were going to fix it. There is not enough time or space to write about all the good things you did. ¡Muchas gracias!

Negative experience: Please don’t do business with Harley Davidson of PCB the manager and the sell man are all joke

Fantastic experience: huge shout out to Shannon AKA Slim in service dept. I was in PCB for Thunder Beach and my clutch needed to be adjusted bad and was told to be there at opening the next morning and they would be able to get me right in. I got there an hour early luckily a After getting into the clutch for pack for adjustment they found my clutch was shot and needed to be replaced. inventory said they had one . Then the dreaded call to tell me the inventory was incorrect and it would be at least the next day to get it. Slim gave a a couple of other shops to call and see if they had one in stock. Called 3 and no luck , the forth actually had it. now dilemma it was 45 min away and no way to get there. Slim asked around and got me a bike to ride over to the other shop and pick it up , got back and the guys slammed it out and got me going. Thanks sooo much Slim for going above and beyond to help me out!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by to buy rally shirts. I have never felt so welcome in my life A1 customer service. And the shuttle service back to the truck was nice.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people working in this dealership, friendly and helpful. I went to this place looking for one poker chip that I collect and the lady was very kind, I do not remember exactly the name, but she was really nice and kind, I hope everyone else who visits this place has a wonderful time with them, nice motorcycles, some good prices for the best quality. You can expect good deals and great opportunities buying motorcycles, they are the best. You won’t waste your time. Believe it.
