Experiencia negativa: I cannot imagine how this driving school can provide quality instruction when one of its drivers behaves so recklessly on the road. On 9/17/25 at 10:32 AM in Somerville (see picture), I encountered this driver and witnessed several concerning incidents. Coming from the rotary on Alewife Brook Parkway, I was traveling in the right lane. The driver changed into the left lane, passed me, and then immediately cut back in front of me. The photo I took was right after this dangerous maneuver. At the next light, I was in the left lane while he was in the right. When an ambulance approached from behind, all drivers were attempting to move aside to clear the way. The car in front of him made space so that I could move over, but instead of cooperating, this driver aggressively pushed into that space. Thankfully, the ambulance managed to get through on the other side of the road. We ended up side by side again at yet another light. As it turned green, he began waving his hands impatiently, motioning for the car in front of him to move forward—even though the cars ahead of it had not yet moved. If you are wondering why I am taking the time to review a company I have not personally used, I hope the above makes it clear. This driver demonstrated behavior that was not only unsafe but also extremely impatient and discourteous. Someone who drives this way should not be teaching others how to drive responsibly. In my opinion, he should be off the road entirely, not serving as an example for new drivers.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE (and DO NOT PREPAY!) I don't know how this place has a perfect rating -- I'm guessing mostly friends of theirs -- because they straight-up scammed someone and I've seen the evidence of it. For one thing, if you go on their website, they offer Saturday lessons that you can book. But if you go to the physical location, you will find that they are completely closed on Saturdays. A friend of mine signed up for a Saturday lesson, prepaid over $300 for the lesson package, and got there to find no one was there. She called all of the numbers available and kept getting dodged and sketchy answers, which included them insisting they don't do lessons on Saturdays (IT'S ON YOUR FREAKING WEBSITE). Finally, she reached someone who was willing to speak with her, but he only offered to reschedule, she proposed about 5 or 6 dates and for every one he said "I'm working that day...I'm busy then." Finally, understandably fed up, she asked for a refund. It's been almost a week now and they have still not refunded her money nor have they responded to her calls and texts. This is theft! This place needs to be investigated IMO.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to the lessons with Milord, I passed the road test at the first try. He is a capable and encouraging instructor with plenty of good, practical tips.

Experiencia fantástica: Took about 4 lessons with Metellius and passed the test on my first try. As an instructor he tells you what you need to know and makes sure you're prepared.
