Joe's Driving School

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional, does not understand the needs of the client, please for your sanity never trust someone like this. Does not know how to teach and should be investigated by the Occupational Board licensee of Massachusetts.

Experiencia negativa: I feel obligated to share this experience with everyone. the driver (Joe) was super mean, unprofessional and irresponsible. After finishing my driving lesson with him (which I don't recommend in the first place, he was always chatting on the phone). He kept booking several appointments for driving tests and canceling WITHOUT even bothering to tell me. Until, of course, the RMV has blocked my account for due cancelation payment, and again WITHOUT me knowing. Which in the end prevented him from further booking and cancelation (thank god). He choose not to tell me about all these and kept silent for around 4 months. During this period, whenever I called he says" no appointments yet" and that's it. However, I felt fishy, especially after knowing others from other schools were scheduled for their test. I wondered why he took super long to book me. When I faced him and asked what was going on, he yelled saying "no the appointments are available but your account is blocked for due cancelation payment, why you didn't pay yet, you should pay, so I can book you again" he acted as it was my fault and he has nothing to do with it. I told him why I was not aware of all the constant booking and cancelations, he kept yelling and raising his voice not allowing me to talk and hang on me. I hated this man and how unprofessional he was. I could not find any other number from his company to report him. So I went to another school and they served me right and took the exam (after paying all his cancelation fees around 90 $) and took the exam.

Experiencia negativa: I have not learned from this school and failed the license exam test, however, when I went with different school I immediately passed, also this school was not well organized and they kept booking and deleting the road test multiple times without me knowing which caused me paying triple amount of the price. I hated my experience with this school.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t mean to sound rude but this needs to be addressed. So recently I called joe and scheduled myself for driving school. I was supposed to start today at 12pm and end at 1pm. And he never should up or even gave me a call to let me know that he wasn’t coming. I left him a voice message hours ago and of course never called me back. All he told me was “Tuesday, January 11th, 12-1pm” but again, NEVER SHOWED UP!! Maybe there was a misunderstanding but I will not recommend anyone to someone that doesn’t show up to do their job so if you don’t want to waste your time, do t even bother calling Joe. Joe, if you see this, please be more professional and intentional with people that are trying to get on the road.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe's the best driving teacher, definitely recommend to anyone who is trying to get their driving license. He treats everyone equally and with respect, he's was very kind and patient with me. He gave me an extra hour free, just because he wanted me to be ready so I can pass the test, so, yes, did pass my test. Thank you, Joe, you the best of best
