Experiencia fantástica: My experience with this Ringer’s Auto School was amazing. The team is so helpful and they supported me to navigate through the learning experience. I’m an adult driver and it took some time to relearn some new driving rules compared to my home country but the staff was very patient. From the front desk (Shannon) who is always polite and supportive, to several of the drivers (Mario, Tim and Sadush) I got the support I needed. Mario is a very experienced driver, Tim knows how to fill in lots of information on the road signs and rules in the street. In particular Sadush supported me in an amazing way to get past the failure and insist in practicing well and thinking positive in the midst of the learning process. Sadush was very patient, quite knowledgeable and explained things very thoroughly. Sadush also offers a very practical way in key driving steps and makes it easy on the learner by giving many tips how to see the test and how to be a safe driver. I booked my road test with them and it was a very good experience. Michelle also is very empathetic, she was very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this Autoschool to anyone. Warmly, Elvira

Experiencia negativa: Driving instructor; Older white gentleman heavy set, is rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend having him work with student drivers.

Experiencia negativa: I had a practice road test with I believe his name was Steve. I let him know I was very nervous which he stated of course that it’s normal to feel that way BUT He was SUPER rude. Basically yelled at me to step on the gas more in a neighborhood road. Yelled at me while parallel parking because I was looking back & front saying I shouldn’t be looking in the front & when I told him I was scared to hit the car Infront, yelled at me saying “okay so your gonna hit the person in the back?!” I was getting more nervous & started to forget a few things & I almost started to cry. By the end of the practice he told me “You’re going to fail the road test Sunday so what’s the point on doing it”. Well let me tell you Sir that I passed my road test!! The instructor I got Sunday was so calm & he even stated that I shouldn’t step on the gas too hard in the neighborhood & my parallel parking was perfect!!

Experiencia negativa: Steve was so rude to my sister. She cried because he yelled at her and said she wouldn’t pass the road test. Instead of actually teaching her, he was yelling and making rude comments. I drove from another state to try to teach my sister before taking the road test. If you aren’t patience then you shouldn’t be a driving instructor.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Ringer’s Auto. I took several adult driving lessons here, as well as my road test, and I had a great experience. Booking a lesson is easy and they are very accommodating. The prices are reasonable, and it was very convenient to be able to be picked up at home for my lessons. Booking my road test through them was also very simple. The instructors are great. I really enjoyed my lessons with Gail and both Tim’s! I hated driving before this and I am much more confident now and even plan to return for lessons on the highway. I tried several driving schools and this was by far the best in all aspects.

Experiencia negativa: This place sucks they keep failing me for stuff that didn’t even happen “I wasn’t looking” “I didn’t use my blinker” when I literally did those things DONT GO HERE THEY ARE A SCAM also apparently I need more lessons when I’ve been driving for like 2 years

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 highly recommend! They do pick up and drop off to your home which was super helpful, and they always found a way to make lessons work with my schedule. All of the instructors are characters and have their own sense of humor which made learning a breeze and lessons go by super fast. I was nervous to start lessons as an adult learner but no one made me feel self conscious for a second. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Ringers to anyone learning to drive!

Experiencia fantástica: Ringer`s auto school is a superb driving school with very dedicated driving instructors, who have a ton of patience. Unlike other schools, they do home pick ups and are always on time. Special thank you to Mario and Gail. I passed on first attempt!!!

My son lived in a city that they didn’t cover but she took him as a student and has been awesome during this whole process. Very sufficient when it comes to her job. Takes extreme interest on helping the students succeed.

Experiencia fantástica: Ringer’s Driving School has been great. Their instructors are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Cars are clean and in good condition. They are there to help the students learn. I highly recommend them! I used them for both of my children.

Experiencia negativa: People are so rude. Espcially the lady who answers the phone there. Should not be in customer service.

Experiencia positiva: My wife took 5 driving lessons and road test. She had good experience and great instructors. One downside is the unprofessional and rude communication by the front desk lady, who was also present on the day of my wife's road test. 3 days prior to the road test she was told to be present at the Lynn RMV test site between 9:15 and 9:30, but ended up waiting for additional 2 hours to finally take her test. Better communication and professionalism would be highly recommended and appreciated.

Experiencia negativa: I am trying to book my classes and start it, but the person replying the "booking line" is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. Besides sending texts at 7 am !!!! There was a misinformation about my schedule and since I inquire about that and asked for a better way to deal with the schedule to avoid future mistakes, the person answers me very aggressively. I am trying to call the school manager but without success so far.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this driving school. After having a bad experience with another driving school my son was very discouraged and felt he hadn’t learned anything. After transferring to Ringers he became revitalized. He was truly excited and told me he learned so much more in one lesson than he did the whole time at the other school. He said the teachers we patient and nice and gave positive feedback as well as constructive criticism which made him feel more confident. Michelle, the owner was easy to work with, communicated regularly and provided all the information needed to make things happen smoothly. We will definitely be sending our youngest to Ringers when it’s time.

Experiencia fantástica: Ringer’s really helped me at the practice lesson. Everything they helped me with is what made me pass the test.I went to tanner city and failed 3 turns and didn’t get the help I needed. When I went to ringers Chris really helped and I finally was able to get my license !
