AAA Driving School

Experiencia negativa: Everything started off great, class was great, a lot of observation hours available. Then, the no driving hours being available, started. Excuses around instructors not being available, and certainly the teachers did not limit students from scheduling all 10 hrs ahead of time and other students were completely left with no hours available to drive. This went on for weeks. There were students with literally no hours driven with instructors, or very little hours available to drive with instructors. Class instruction ended, and months have gone by and Bob Flight has provided absolutely zero support. We call nearly everyday, leave a message, and call the regional office, leave a message. No response, and no call backs. Bob Flight is completely not helpful. He makes up rules as well that is not on the contract, like his own beliefs that he feels the student does not have enough personal hours driven, so he literally just doesn't allow the student to schedule drives. Which is ridiculous by the way, as he is furthering the issue by not scheduling hours with students. I believe this place needs to be reviewed for their complete lack of customer service and professionalism as we have paid the contract in full before the classes started, performed personal self driving with adult supervision, only for Bob Flight to create rules so your son does not get hours to schedule with driving instructors. So, here we are months after class ended, and no one will call us back to help finish off my sons driving hours with the instructors, or lack of instructors available. So NOW, with my son back at school, and with a schedule full of after school activities (varsity sports), I have to check the schedule everyday and pray that hours open up DURING SCHOOL HOURS, to take him out of school and potentially have driving hours with an instructor. We are at a loss.. and now have no where to go. If this is what it costs to get this service, then please, do yourself a favor, and do not go to this hack driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best driving school in the area. Having had 2 teens go through 2 different programs/driving schools, AAA was by far superior. Bob and all of the other gentlemen there were patient and positive with my daughter who was initially very nervous about drivers ed and driving in general, and who has some learning challenges. Within a week or two they put her at ease and made things seem so much more manageable, boosting her confidence tremendously. They communicated effectively and thoroughly with me after every drive and were so supportive when she completed the class and went for her license. They helped us navigate the chaos of scheduling the driving hours so she could complete them in a timely manner. She definitely put in time studying and practicing, but with their help she passed the knowledge test and road test on her first try! Not only are they effective but they actually made the experience wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to say I was behind one of your driving school cars this morning 8/20/25 at about 9am going through Litchfield NH. Car lic plate #2722yk Maine plates, was doing a FABULOUS JOB! and following the rules of the road. They showed great patience despite the awful Red SUV NH plates 5568416 that almost hit the both of us in their rush to over take you on the road. Thank you for respecting the road and those around you.

Experiencia negativa: I had an absolutely terrible experience with AAA Driving School. From start to finish, they were incredibly unprofessional, and I am beyond upset. The driver, named “Bob,” was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not only would he not pick up calls, but my class was also suddenly canceled without any notification. I wasn’t informed at all – no calls, no emails, no nothing – and after waiting for two weeks, there was still no response. To make matters worse, my mom was treated horribly during the lessons. When we confronted the staff about their rude behavior and lack of communication, things only got worse. From then on, the driver would shout at her, make nasty comments about her language, and treat her with utter disrespect. It’s truly shocking that a business like this operates without any regard for customer service or professionalism. Even after paying a significant amount for these lessons, all we expected was basic respect and a decent learning experience. This school needs to learn some basic etiquette. Just having a driving school does not make them professional. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I am extremely disappointed in the way we were treated.

Experiencia fantástica: 100% recommend AAA Driving School! The instructors (Bob and Thom) are accommodating, kind, have great communication skills and are very knowledgeable.
