AAA South Jersey Millville Office

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I had to get my car towed by AAA South Jersey. Their whole staff (from their call center operator to their tow truck driver) were very kind, patient , & efficient Furthermore Jason, our tow truck driver /operator, provided SUPEPERB customer service. He went out of his way to help us out when my car wouldn't start. I highly recommend that promotions are in order for those employees . God bless

Experiencia negativa: I called AAA at 1152 and spoke to Phyllis who was very helpful and through. The person answering my request for assistance called around 1235 and said he was in Pittman and he would arrive in 17 minutes. At 2:30 a different person, than the one I originally talked to that was in Pittman, arrived and said that he was just given the request. I was on rt 295 from 12:00 til 2:30 waiting for a flat tire repair. Very unhappy with your service. But the man who finally came was very pleasant and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name. I was very frustrated by the time he arrived, no fault of his own.
