We work on the basic skills needed for taking the Oklahoma driving test as well as maneuvering in traffic, proper turns, traffic management, lane changes, moderate traffic, and for students who are ready, freeway driving.

We give students the opportunity to reflect upon their own driving and evaluate areas they can improve. The course can be used to fulfill a court requirement, take points off your license (2 pts) or to gain an insurance discount for 3 years.

GTDS offers the driving road test to any individual who has held their permit for the specified amount of time (18 and under must hold their permit for 6 months, however 18 and older must hold their permit for one month from the date issued.) A permit is required for us to administer the road test.

Thank you GTDS! You made it so easy for our daughter to not only learn to drive but to avoid the DMV for the driver’s test! I have no problem promoting GTDS when an opportunity is present. I say this due to the fact that both of the owners, Danny and Tina Limes are two of the most kind and patient individuals who will not only treat your child right, but will teach your child the material in a manner that they will learn correctly.

Being a student at Greater Tulsa Driving School was an amazing experience that I share with others who are looking for a driving school to attend. The heart of the school is for the students to learn the ways of the road in a safe and beneficial manner. Each step it took to get me on the road was in a tangible manner that allowed me to successfully gain knowledge of the road and receive my license.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the absolute BEST experience! The driving instructors were SO good to my twins! My two had drive time with "Sparky" and "Coach Yak" and then took the driving test with Danny Limes and ALL three were favored by my kids! They would come back pumped and full of confidence! I am so grateful for the instruction and mentorship these giants offered! #blessed,#thankful

Experiencia negativa: When I went here, I passed my test, but the instructor was so mean I couldn't even process the fact I had passed the test. It was the first time I had taken the driver's test and I passed, which is not easy to do and something to be incredibly happy about. But I was sobbing (not just crying, sobbing) the entire way home and couldn't even proces the fact I passed. Also, kindly, part of your job is to calculate the score, not make the person taking their test calculate their own score. Please be kind and do your job right please and thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for a defensive driving class. Was not disappointed. Even though nobody wants to be wasting part of their weekend doing a driving class, Danny made sure to keep everyone in our exceptionally large class engaged. He very obviously cared about teaching this class and good driving as a whole. He had a nice sense of humor and understood his audience. Highly recommend GTDS for anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Was a great experience.much better than the DMV. You call set an appointment show up and do your thing and your out in 30mins. The instructor was very nice and easy to work with.i highly recommend this place
