Experiencia fantástica: Great experience for my son getting his permit & DL. Communication was excellent, and reminders were helpful. Easy to schedule and the ability to take the driver's test with them directly was GREAT. The whole process was easy. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had mostly positive experiences here, especially with the driving lessons — the instructors were helpful and professional. However, I’ve had serious concerns regarding the driving test portion, specifically with one examiner who I had both times I tested. The first time I took the test, I was nervous but ready. Unfortunately, the examiner didn’t give clear directions on where to turn. Instead, he suddenly grabbed the steering wheel and turned it himself without warning, which startled me and caused me to accidentally press the gas. It really shook my confidence and made me feel unsafe. The second time, I came back more prepared and made sure to ask for clear instructions. Things started off well, but again, he grabbed the wheel — this time because I didn’t change lanes fast enough for him. I was being cautious, checking my blind spot and watching traffic to make a safe move, but before I could finish, he grabbed the wheel and pressed the gas himself. That made me feel like I wasn’t being given a fair chance to demonstrate my driving safely and on my own. When I tried to share my concerns, I was told, “That’s what they’re supposed to do in dangerous situations.” But both times, I felt like the instructor’s actions created more danger and anxiety, not less. I don’t feel comfortable returning for another test with that examiner. The instructors who give the lessons are great, but unfortunately, my experience with this particular test examiner was so negative that I won’t be coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: My oldest son just passed his driving license exam. The process was so simple. They picked him up at home and took him for his driving courses and driving training. They even got his permit. I didn’t have to lift a finger other than allowing him to drive for the time in between the lessons and the time he received his license! I have six kids and my next son is up next year! We will definitely be using Greenlight for him as well.
