We're committed to providing the best possible experience for all our students however it is impossible to accommodate everyone's individual schedules. We aim to help our students complete the program as quickly as possible.

Per our policy, it's the responsibility of the student or parent to schedule driving times around work, school, or other events within the 12-month contract period. During registration, you were informed of this process and agreed to it by signing the contract. Your signature confirmed your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Please also note that students enrolled in school often have limited availability, typically only during evenings or weekends. This results in competition for those time slots. Additionally, state law restricts our certified instructors from driving more than 10 hours per day, further limiting our availability.
Your student completed the driver’s education course in March 2024, with their first and last lessons in April 2024. Unfortunately, no concerns about scheduling driving times were communicated to our office. Your student aged out in August 2024, and they are automatically removed from our program due to age restrictions.
While we understand that things didn't work out as planned, we hope this clarifies our policies and the reasons behind them.

Sorry you feel that way you are welcome to call us and talk about it. We don't know if a parent or student is struggling to obtain lessons if we are not notified of the issue. If a parent or student does not log into their account to look for appointments that also can become an issue on finishing the program in a timely manner. Our driving lessons are designed around high school schedules, we keep up with about 10 school districts in the surrounding areas. Students are able to have 1 appointment a week if they find an appointment and have 2 appointments on their calendar which this is stated on our website and contracts, and all students have a year contract to finish the program. The program is structured this way allowing a student to practice between lessons and keep moving through the program. We understand that teens are in school, after school activities, jobs and busy working parents that might not have the opportunity to practice. Rushing through the driving lessons is not beneficial or safe for our young drivers. We also have cancellations alerts to notify our students of any cancellations. We send mass emails to students when new appointments are being added. Our appointments during the week start at 3pm and our last appointment is at 7pm for nighttime driving. We have weekend appointments, and we open time during certain Holidays. We accommodate all our students with different school schedules to help them through the program. We do average about 2-4 months for students to finish their driving lessons. Yes, we have been short staffed for about a year because it takes about 6 months to a year to properly hire, train, get education hours, and licensed by the state. Unfortunately, we lost 2 instructors last year before summer started, another instructor moved but does help on certain weekends, and another instructor who has been on an extended medical leave. We are restricted by the state on how many hours we can drive with students as well as work laws for my employees. Even though we are short staffed we finish about 20-30 students each month. If you wish to transfer to parent-taught online program, please reach out to us so that we may start the proper transfer documents. You will need to register with an online parent taught program that is approved and registered with the state. Without the proper documentation your student will not be able to take a road test and get a license.
