Experiencia negativa: I should’ve read the reviews before I went there. I don’t usually write reviews but this one is a must. The rudest, most unprofessional place you will see when you go there. Except the lady in the desk. The driver instructor is something beyond rude and disrespectful. Then when you go talk to owner, you will be shocked on how unprofessional and sloppy he’s. This place needs to be claimed by authorities. Nothing more deserving than going out of business. Seriously! Update: it has nothing to do with racism as I didn’t disrespect anybody there. Someone else was having trouble with them when I got there this morning!!! They try to twist the reality online. Buyer beware!!!!

Experiencia negativa: If you value your time and money don't go here. Don't look at the ratings, as many reviews say it's the worst place. They are really rude, the woman who took my test, she kept telling me why are so slow, I was going 25 on a 30 mile street, and I asked her if I am really going slow, she rudely told me I'm your tester not your trainer!! Then she literally put the brakes while I was making a right turn without any hazardous situation. I was so confused and she just told me you don't know the right of the way, now go I said I waited for the pedestrian and there wasn't any car, of course she didn't listen or explain anything... I can't literally explain how bad my experience was!! I'm just writing this review 10 minutes after the exam, I usually don't put reviews but this time it felt like a responsibility, so that it can prevent someone from having the same experience as me.

Experiencia negativa: No recomiendo para nada esta academia, los lapsos de espera son más de una hora. Mi primera vez espere 4 horas para una prueba me parece demasiado. El instructor de manejo es demasiado estricto, recuerdo que un cruce por la derecha con semáforo rojo, es permitido siempre y cuando hagas tu STOP y no venga circulando ningún carro en la Av ppal. El no me lo permitió y el carro que estaba atrás me tocaba corneta porque no había carro circulando y de acuerdo a la normativa es permitido, lo cual le dije si podía acceder y aceptó por la presión de los carros de atrás. Pienso que lo importante es que el estudiante demuestre seguridad en el volante,precaución y por supuesto, conocer y respetar las señales de tránsito. Me fui a otra academia el tiempo de espera fue mínimo y todo fue éxito. De verdad no sé la pienso recomendar ni a mi peor enemigo. Aparte que te quita una comisión por pagar en débito, no son eficientes.

Experiencia negativa: I have never seen a more terrible attitude towards people! The woman at the counter is not friendly, her face says what am I doing here. The office is dirty and stinks of cigarettes, the inside of the car is dirty. An incredibly rude woman from Ethiopia who took driving lessons. Not friendly and not polite, when we got into the car, I didn't even have time to adjust the mirrors and the seat, she just nervously said: go, just go faster. When I stopped in front of the STOP sign, she kept saying, why are you so slow, you make so many mistakes. After these words, I already wanted to drop off this inadequate woman as soon as possible, she just gives stress, and does not watch how you drive. Of course, after such words, I did not pass the practice. After the failure, she didn't even show me the letter with my mistakes and didn't explain anything. Instead of her, the man said that I made one gross mistake, I didn't enter the pocket to turn right. It is not clear why such rude people work with customers! If you don't like people, then just quit, make room for someone who will really appreciate this work. I do not advise you to come there ever!

Experiencia negativa: Very bad experience. The people and instructors are absolutely rude and use old model cars with bad brakes. Prior to going to the test, I had a query that I wanted to clarify, but they made me sit without answering me, and then came a lady who was so rude and said, "DON'T TALK." They won't even have any instructions notice available in the office, and they don't even show the instructions list prior to the test, and later they will just flip the page for a second and will be like these are points wouldn't even let people glance it. While I was reversing the car for the test, the lady had her hand placed right behind my seat and blocked my visibility through the rear view mirror. She was rushing me all the time and didn't let me stop for a second near the stop signs, making me skip the stop signs. When I had a question regarding speed limit, she again said, "DON'T TALK.". When I addressed all these concerns at the front desk, they said, If you don't like our approaches, please don't come again. Definitely not worth $90.

Experiencia negativa: First of all there are no dash cameras during instruction or the test. Second of all the car is an older model with bad brakes. It’s your word against them. With no proof of their claims, they easily are able to get more money out of you. Take yourself or your kid somewhere else. That values safety and not money. Somewhere that has cameras for training and safety purposes shame on you guys. A driving school with no dash cameras reeks of scam.

Experiencia negativa: Went to this place and my person failed. Went back after some weeks and we have to pay another $93 for a retest with poor customer service from the girl I spoke to. I was asked to leave by the male tester because I challenged the girl to not ask me to read the sign but tell me about the extra charge when you use a credit or debit card. They prefer cash. I understood he did not appreciate me saying poor customer service but nobody should pay the same fee 2X that is totally subjective. There should be a lesser fee for a retry. We went somewhere else and before the test, the give you a disclaimer that the test is not subjective but off of the checklist.

Experiencia negativa: I went to go get my daughter to get her license when I got there told me that my daughter information was not in there I called this place and lady told me they can not put it back in there after the dmv told them they could cause I was at the DMV. When I showed up they printed me a paper and told me the DMV didn’t know what they were doing and I could put in a complaint I paid $90 for this and now my kid can’t even get what she needs and theses people are no help at all.

Experiencia negativa: Absolute joke! My son took the 30 hour online course. When he went to take the test he failed 11 times!. After we got the results we checked and Iom was WRONG on several of the answers! I even called for help but the lady that answered the phone had no clue how to help and promised to call me back. She of course did not! Then when he took the actual test, the questions were not even covered on the course. Instead there was a whole chapter about not hitting pedestrians! The questions on the final were things like “what is the wear on the tires called” (this is one that Iom was wrong on as I am a mechanic and cupping is not the right answer!) or “what organ processes alcohol “ because you need to know that to drive! What a joke! Edit after reply. To indicate that the vast majority of your students get it on the first try is to indicate that my son must be stupid. He is a straight a honor roll student. I watched him take the test 4 times and the questions were impossible and were not on his actual driving test that he passed No problem so it seems to me that your test is the problem not my son. Also, if your staff says someone will call back in 15 mins and they don’t, that is poor customer service no matter the reason for the call.

Experiencia positiva: BE PREPARED — If it has recently snowed and you are not confident driving on ice and snow, don’t go take a road test here. You will take the test in a neighborhood that is NOT PLOWED. There is thick ice and snow throughout. Slip, slide, spin the tires and it’s an auto fail.

The testee did not speak English, and the instructor spoke only English. He was very kind, and put her at ease, despite the language barrier. She passed the test. It was an easy process

But, I have to say I liked my Tester, he was calm, nice, and helpful at the end and gave me a couple of tips. I was nervous at first but he calmed me down. I am wrtting this review just to say go and find another driving school, at least you will deal with people who like what they do, not only like money. Fana was my trainer, she recieves calls, eat, chat while we are in the street and suppose i paid for the time to be with me to train and focuse with me!!! The school managment will say this is a review from our competitor. No, i am not. You have to know that the bad reviews are from poor people who came to the school because of their bad luck and that because no one told them any review about the school to decide to go to another one.
