Negative experience: They have horrible schedule notice and bad communication I really do not recommend.

Negative experience: I needed to schedule driving lessons for an adult dependent (au pair). We are having issues with her paperwork for the driving permit with the DMV although she passed the test, so I called to ask if we could push the lessons. The receptionist was quite rude and catty on the phone. She also said that they're not supposed to even schedule appointments without having the relevant driving permit info - so this was definitely in part their own responsibility. I scheduled Friday and then called first thing Monday morning when I found out about the paperwork issue. They want me to eat the cost instead of just moving the driving lesson. Honestly such terrible customer service I feel sick that I already paid them and truly uncomfortable that I will have to continue to interact with them for the rest of the already paid for lessons.

Fantastic experience: Good experience with this driving school. I had Kareem as my driving instructor and he was great. He is very patient, kind and will prepare you well for your driving exam.

Fantastic experience: My instructoe was Paul Stokes and he was amazing he showed me things that i didnt even know and i did feel improvement right after i took the lesson. He was very helpfull and patient.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Golden Crown Driving School! When my son started his classes with instructor Paul Stokes everything improved! Paul is an incredible teacher and motivator. He was patient, encouraging, honest, and dedicated. We also booked his road test through the school and Paul met with him an hour before the test to go over everything - he actually took his road test in Paul's car and passed! Thank you Paul Stokes and Golden Crown Driving School!
