Fantastic experience: Our son attended the teen classes with Koala, and it was an amazing experience. We have 3 older children that went to another driving school. So we have some experience with driving schools. Koala driving academy was amazing. Easy to schedule class, driving hours, and they are really quick to get back to you with any and all of your questions.

Fantastic experience: Overall a great school to attend for driving. Everything’s professional and the instructors especially have been all great. If you plan to attend, try your best to get “Coach” as an instructor at least ONCE!

Fantastic experience: I completed my adult driving lessons with Koala Driving Academy and had an excellent experience. The pre-licensing class session on November 2 was well organized, and my behind-the-wheel lessons were promptly scheduled and completed by November 14. I also passed my driving test the same day. Mr. James Newman and Mr. James Plauche(Coach) were professional, accommodating, and instrumental in refining my driving skills, particularly with turns and roundabout navigation. Mr. Chris Clark was clear and helpful in explaining scheduling and ensuring my needs were met. He also provided confidence-building advice during the behind-the-wheel instruction. Ms. LaShaundra Kelly provided informative guidance before and clear instructions during the driver’s test, which greatly supported my performance. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Koala Driving Academy.

Fantastic experience: What a ride! Great team, great instructors. I can 100% say I got my money’s worth. I would recommend this school to everyone, adults, teens, parents, everyone who wants a quality driving school experience. Shout out to Mr. Chris, Mr. Plauche, Mr. Newman, Mr. Wall Jr., and Mr. Diaz. All of them are great teachers, but most importantly, great people. Don’t think twice. Get Koala-fide to drive at the best driving school in town!

Negative experience: Terrible experience – avoid this company! My teenager completed the classroom portion back in July, and it’s now October with no driving sessions scheduled. The owner constantly gives excuses and empty promises but never follows through. They even rolled out a new scheduling questionnaire on October 1, yet after completing it, there’s still nothing but silence. To make matters worse, the owner refuses to provide the completion certificate for the classroom portion. Completely unprofessional and disorganized — do not waste your time or money here.

Negative experience: I cannot get my son scheduled for his drivers test and he took classes in JULY. No one is getting back to me except to answer and say that they don’t have enough drivers - I want to know when? A week, a month? At this point, the wait is unacceptable and the money has been paid. He has his class credit. I was led here by good reviews but have been sorely disappointed

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend Koala Driving Academy. Ms Hall and Ms Kelly were a pleasure to ride with. Mr Christopher was a great teacher. Will be bringing my Children as well.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Koala! Mr. Chris is very accommodating and made an effort to get us through the driving lessons as fast as possible. Coach is an excellent instructor and very easy to learn from and talk to - he’s so great at his job and any students lucky enough to drive with him are in for a treat. We would recommend Koala to anyone looking for a driving school without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Koala driving academy! Mr Clark was very welcoming and made sure we got all the information we needed while also keeping us entertained. This place is very professional and they make sure you get the best experience to get your license. I have to give a big shoutout to Mr Plauche for being the best driving instructor by far. He definitely makes sure you are comfortable and gives so much knowledge. He also keeps good company while driving.

Fantastic experience: There is so many good things to say about Koala Driving Academy. Mr. Chris was always answering questions during the teen class. He tries his best to make something boring a good experience. He's very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of driving and will never scare you out of driving. The classes prepare you for your test, and if you pay attention you will pass. My 30 classroom hours were great. My 8 hours behind the wheel were even better! I was excited to get all four drives in 4 days and with the amazing instructor Coach Plauche. He made me get more comfortable as a driver and we laughed all the way down the river road. I would definitely recommend him if you have an older soul and love to listen instead of talking. Koala made this scary experience into something so great and I have made lifelong friendships with Coach and Mr. Chris. With no doubt in my mind, I definitely recommend this amazing establishment. So yall get ready and get Koala-fied to drive!

Fantastic experience: I took the adult driving course and got my license the day after my final session. everything was great! i've had really bad experiences in the past with driving instructors at another school, but everyone at Koala was amazing! I recommend them 100%

Fantastic experience: Guys, this driving school is the best! They spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I passed the theory test with only 1 mistake out of 40 questions, and Mr. Plauche made me a good driver in 4 lessons. I passed the driving test today with excellent marks. Thank you for making my dream come true.

Fantastic experience: Coach Plauche is the best! I was nervous at first, but after the first drive, it felt more like hanging out with a cool guy than a driving lesson. He’s super chill, patient, just an all-around great instructor and a great teacher who makes everything easy to understand. If you’re learning to drive, you’ll be lucky to have him.

Fantastic experience: I went here during Thanksgiving break this year and In my opinion, they were VERY great at teaching us valuable lessons that we need to become drivers on the road with other people. All the staff that I met were very nice and respectful of everyone during my week there. I would recommend this driving school to other people if they’re looking for a place to send their kids to learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: Super responsive to phone calls and emails. Easy to schedule and work with. I like that the schedule is open months in advance so you can get your kiddo in a slot that works best with your family. Literally 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Great experience, instructors are incredibly helpful and kind. I had Christopher Clark as the instructor for the adult classes and was impressed with the amount of communication. There were phone calls, texts, and/or emails prior to all classes and driving sessions with very accommodating scheduling and the option to receive transportation to and from Koala if I couldn't catch a ride there. He was very respectful, patient, and reassuring, expressing a genuine concern to educate and dispel any worries I had about driving. He checked in with me frequently during the drives and gave plenty of helpful advice, and overall had a great commitment to making the experience as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend.
