Empire Safety Council

Fantastic experience: Instructors Victor Bujanow and Deborah Harpine have been proudly teaching for Empire Safety Council with several years of classroom experience throughout NYS. Prior to class introductions, we always ask all students that are updating their 3 year PIRP with us if they encountered any moving violations or at fault accidents. Quite honestly, we have yet to hear from a student who completed our 6 hour Empire Safety Council program in the last three years ever raising their hand or stating that they had a moving traffic violation or an at fault accident. PROOF - that Empire Safety Council's program really works!
