ALL N 1 DRIVING SCHOOL

Negative experience: If you’re thinking about enrolling with this school, don’t. I repeat, don’t! A couple of weeks ago, I was looking around for driving schools in my area to get some lessons in before taking my drivers test. The day of my lesson came and I was feeling excited for it. I scheduled 2hours only because I first wanted to see how things would go at this school. My lesson was supposed to start at 11:30am. 11:30am came and no one was at my door. I ended up calling and was specifically told to “be patient, your driver is in route”. I have a lot of patience but my patience runs out when I’m being lied to. 1:30pm came. The time my lesson was supposed to end since I scheduled for only 2hours. So I called again, I was then told by another representative that “your instructor cancelled before the start time of your lesson”. I was so fed up with this school. I simply asked the representative if I could just have my refund back. My money that I work very hard for, mind you and the representative had the audacity to tell me that it may not be possible and I would have to fill out a form. So let me get this straight, y’all instructors can cancel on students like me at any time and don’t want to accommodate me by giving me my refund back. But if it was on the students end and I did a no call/no show, I’d be charged a fee and that fee would have to be paid for before I can book another lesson with you people. This school disgusts me. And no, no one notified me ahead of time about anything. Nothing was in my portal, no text, no email, not even a phone call lol, I had to be the one doing the calling. I took it upon myself to read other bad reviews, and they basically said the same thing. That they were cancelled on and the school wouldn’t give them their refund back. I hope no one has to go through what I did and if you do, please talk to your bank about the situation and get your money back through your bank.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor, Greg was very thorough. He was kind, patient, and helpful. He gave me great tips and helped me to not be so nervous and uptight. I’d highly recommend Greg to any person who’s just starting to learn how to drive or just need a refresher. I got my license on the first attempt because of his lessons.
