They were always laughing after each driving session. They worked together for many months and my son got his driving license in October 2024. His instructor Cheryl was always patient and kind. Last week he passed his road test with flying colors. If not for Cheryl and Staci I don’t think we would be celebrating that at this time. Fantastic experience: Home driving lessons were unsafe and challenging for my intellectually impaired and severely traumatized, adopted daughter. Someone recommended using DriveAbility. Fantastic experience: DriveAbility was great at helping me learn to drive. As a disabled person, I never thought I would be able to drive, but Staci helped me be a great driver and now I have true freedom. If you know someone who is disabled who is thinking about learning to drive, I highly recommend going with DriveAbility.

Fantastic experience: Our son went through the traditional Driver's Ed program and passed it, but because he has high-functioning autism, we wanted to make sure we did all we could to ensure he'd be a safe driver. We engaged the services of Staci, and after her comprehensive testing, she discovered he had a depth perception problem which really would have impacted his ability to drive safely had it gone undiagnosed. Staci worked with him for 6 weeks and taught him ways to compensate for this challenge. Even after this, I was hesitant to let him go for his driver's license, but she assured me she'd never let him go for it if he was not 100% ready. He was and got his license! Staci is a consummate professional and very, very skilled at what she does!

Fantastic experience: Drivability was the BEST thing for Noah! He is high-functioning and may have been able to “get by” in a typical instruction, but more than likely not. Not only did Cheryl carefully evaluate and meet all of Noah’s needs and give him tailored instruction, but she was wonderful in getting to know me and all of my input regarding Noah. She was always available, flexible, professional and gave 110%! We’re sad it’s over even though we had a successful result. He/we could never have gotten that experience in a typical education setting!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Cheryl from drivability was a very positive one. We truly believe if not for her patience and perseverance during lessons with our son who is on the spectrum, He wouldn’t be driving today. But here we are he’s driving great and we are proud parents of a more independent son. She was very knowledgeable and we got a report about his progress along with a quick memo of how lesson went for the day. I highly recommend DriveAbility there services have been life changing for us.

Fantastic experience: Staci and DriveAbility have changed my life. I live alone, am disabled, and could no longer drive. I felt very isolated. Staci and her driving program have given me back my independence. I have the freedom to get errands done, socialize with friends and family, and gain my life back.
