Positive experience: CLASSES WERE OK BUT MY STEPSON HAD TO RENEW HIS TEMPS BC IT TOOK SO LONG FOR THE DRIVING TEST

Negative experience: Costs too much and had to wait forever

Fantastic experience: In a time where it’s difficult to find excellent customer service, I found it at Bicks Driving School in Lebanon. A special shout out to Larry and Barbara. After waiting months to get my son into his in car lessons, the week they were supposed to start CoVID struck the office. They were not able to start and I was panicked. It could not have happened at any worse time as my sons sport schedule for try outs were the very next week. Barbara reached out to Larry to assist us during a very complicated and unpredictable week of scheduling. Larry was flexible, friendly and wonderful. They worked with us to get my son in the next week and we’re more than accommodating. The next week my son passed his driving test on his first attempt! I know that they did not have to go above and beyond. My son and I are truly grateful that Barbara and Larry helped alleviate additional stress during an already stressful week. Thanks so much!!!!

Negative experience: Went to the office in Lebanon and no one was there,seems you have to go to Middletown to register, I guess I should have went home and called instead of dropping by while I was in the neighborhood, got bounced around on the phone so I think I'll give Tom's a call
