Fantastic experience: Price seems high at first, but you can make payments. But it is worth it, and less of a headache to do this course vs. trying to get your teen to actually study the driving book and stay home long enough to drive with you to get get all the hours. ( I’ve had both experiences, one teen with the course and one without the course). I really liked the fact that for a small fee she offers to do the BMV driving test. This puts the teens more at ease, because the are already familiar and comfortable with the instructor. Kate also went above and beyond and dropped my teen off and picked him up from a friends house. She kept communication open too. 10/10 recommend!!

She was an excellent instructor who kept me informed on what was offered, what to expect, and what was needed when the time came for us to head over to the BMV. Kate was very professional. She seems to have the perfect demeanor for a driving instructor. We will not hesitate to send our son to her when the time comes.

Fantastic experience: Kate was a great driving instructor! My son was really nervous at the start of each lesson but every time I picked him up, he always got out of the car with a smile. She helped him become more confident in his driving, especially on the highway which was his biggest fear. My second son is now enrolled and I feel relieved knowing he is in good hands. Thanks Kate for keeping my son safe and for helping him reach this milestone.

Fantastic experience: Just today our daughter finished her driving lessons and took her driving test. This is our second child to go through this with Kate, all I can say is WOW. The communication with Kate is always fantastic. The friendliness and the comfort level she gives the kids is great. I just can’t say enough about her, Kate’s the best!

Negative experience: Very unfriendly, Did not stick around after the drive to explain anything about how the student driver did during the drive. Didn't tell myself or their mom anything. After receiving the payments, it took about. A year to get 4 hours of drive time. Definitely not worth the effort or the money spent. I do not recommend this service for anyone wanting to learn how to drive. Edit.... You claim you picked them up at the school and there was no parent interaction. Just for your information, for any future confusion. The white ford explorer the kids would get out of with the woman standing beside it, that was not a bus nor was it a teacher. That was actually one of the parents in her personal vehicle. You would have known this fact if you would bother to interact with parents of your underage drivers. You also state you dropped them off at their work places. This is true to a point. If you mean sitting in the passenger seat on your phone as the student drives, yes, you did. To address your other Ludacris statement, We have not attempted to reach out? To the contrary. Our daughters, one more than the other, attempted to reach out to you a multitude of times over the course of this endeavor. You would rarely respond, unless they were requesting their money back and even then was just a few short words. I will not waste any more of my time or our daughters time with you or this company.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! She was prompt and easy to communicate with, always prompt and willing to answer any questions. My son had a great experience and I feel better letting him drive on his own knowing he had one on one, quality time to learn about specific situations he may be nervous about and hearing it from someone other than mom.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience working with Kate at 812 Driving Academy! We had an unusual situation, and she was quick to accommodate our needs. Very knowledgeable & professional! I feel confident my daughter has the skills she needs to take on the road.
