Positive experience: Online DDC modules and tests are well organized. Based on California requirements the class is 6 hours plus testing time. They stated that the certificate of completion will be shipped within 5 days. It's been 7 days and I'm still waiting. The letter and hyperlink from Geico was not helpful, inaccuracies and not easy to follow. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic experience: Well organized topics and presentations. Although I have been driving for 55 years this course highlighted some new driving habits and refreshed some habits that had gone lax. I find myself more alert in some areas - making me a safer driver.

Negative experience: Awful. Signed up 3 years ago in NY and pre-paid for 3 years in advance. Then we moved to Florida and contacted them to find out if I could use the program. They said yes and I spent about 7 hours to complete the course which I passed. Then two weeks later they told me it wasn’t valid because I wasn’t in NY You can’t make this up.
