Fantastic experience: I had a terrible experience at the duval office, but Mrs.Scott at the St.Johns office was incredible, she actually answered my phone call and was very very helpful and informative and very kind, I felt like she actually wanted to help me and was extremely professional!! I can’t express my gratitude through these words or post alone. I Would definitely recommend the St.Johns branch to anyone having to go through this. best customer service I’ve had through any of my judicial experience!
