A Class Act DUI & Defensive Driving School, Inc.: Reviews
Fantastic experience: I have taken this class for points reduction voluntary and Sylvia was amazing. It’s so great to see instructors actually teaching with such enthusiasm for their profession! She is doing an awesome job!
Fantastic experience: I had a few points and needed a quick option to attend a defensive driving course. Mrs. Scruggs is well learned, professional, and made the class an awesome experience.
Fantastic experience: Sylvia was AMAZING
Fantastic experience: Ms Sylvia very nice and helpful show her some respect get the class over with and go home very simple but definitely enjoyed myself overall
Negative experience: I called to schedule an appointment and was given a "Can I call you later" message seconds later. People can be so unprofessional at times. It's really sad.
Fantastic experience: Me. Sylvia made the class easy, she was methodical in sharing the information. She also made a good cup of coffee. Great class!
Fantastic experience: Instructors are very informative and very nice. Great classroom discussions.
Negative experience: Ms. Eunice, the instructor, turned out to be very nice. The class was not awfully boring but it was a struggle after lunch with her reading from the page. I am a subject matter expert on my job and conduct trainings so i know its very important not to read to people you are training but for most part she was good instructor. The thing that makes me rate a 2 was due to unprofessionalism. Online it says class starts promptly at 8a and all attendants must arrive 15mins early. I arrived at 740am to a closed, lights off facility. At 750am Ms. Eunice pulls up, goes in building then locks door. She requested that i give her 5mins to get settled in. Seven mins later she finally opens the door amd allows entry. This was very unprofessional and set the tone for my day. I already did not want to be there but rushed to be on time yet arrived to a business that was not opened. Professionalism would be to open at 7a or as late as 730a if you require attendance at 745a. A customer should never arrive before the person doing business.
