Cassandra (Office Manager) was very knowledgeable and patiently answered my numerous questions. Beth (Evaluator) was professional and knowledgeable while at the same time compassionate and kind. Positive experience: Very detailed but wish when they know someone has dementia they should just tell them they can't drive after the test. It's not like they will hold themselves accountable.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a stroke several years back and had felt that she was confined to the house due to the inability to drive. She is physically challenged on her right side, so we installed a left foot accelerator. As you can imagine, learning to drive with your left foot can be overwhelming. She was always a good driver, so that helped, but Marino at Freedom and Mobility helped her to understand the process of the left foot and how to concentrate and focus. Previously, our family had tried to help her, but we are not professionals, so we felt like a professional school was the answer. After a few lessons, she felt so much more comfortable with the process and was quickly given the ok to drive on her own. Unless you have experienced being homebound, you cannot understand how much of a positive impact that has made on her life. She can now go the grocery store, shopping or have her nails done without having to ask someone to take her. I cannot say enough about the patience and instruction that was shown to her and how much of a difference there was over her family trying to train her. Definitely worth the time and expense. Its a great name for the company, because they have definitely helped my wife gain more Freedom and Mobility!
