Fantastic experience: My daughter took her driver’s test here to get her license. Sheila was her proctor. She was very nice. She explained all of the instructions well. She was clear and concise on what the next move was. Afterwards she explained what she did good and what needed work. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! My son had such a wonderful experience for his road test! Sheila was very friendly and explained everything my son needed to do. She went over the entire test and how he did once he was finished. She made sure to answer any and all questions he had. I will be taking my other son for his road test with her as well!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience! Recently had my road test with Sheila. She is very professional, patient, gives you good and clear instructions and she will not rush anything. It’s never easy when you’re doing any testing. She will talk to you to ease your anxiety. Gives you precise directions. Had a quick drive around town and felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: Great experience, Sheila is so calm and tried to make my daughters feel at ease, it’s never easy when you’re testing. Precise directions and quick drive. Felt bad she had to stand in the cold and wind for the parking portion. Thank you for everything. I will always highly recommend.

Negative experience: The lady Sheila that does this is extrémale really rude and made my daughter feel uncomfortable from the start! And then failed my daughter for going through a light that was yellow! I will be filling a complaint with state michigan on this!

Negative experience: My son tested with this company today and was verbally abused while with tester and failed for not stopping at a stop sign that was covered by a tree branch and couldn’t be seen until it was too late to stop very unprofessional do not recommend.

Negative experience: Extremely rude! The guy was yelling at me before any portion of my road test started. I had to get out of my vehicle and let him know that I wasn't a high school kid, and to talk to people politely. I was definitely ready to show him I am a grown man and he needs to talk to me like I am and not like I'm a kid. In the end I told him ill find somewhere else to do my test, and I advise everyone else to do the same!
