The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, and they answered all of my questions thoroughly. The office was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The only downside was that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but overall, I would highly recommend the Liberty tax & Credit Booster LLC for anyone needing help with their taxes. I give them a 5-star rating because of the great customer service and expertise, but I think they could improve by having more staff members.

Jannath Razzak especially helped me tremendously through the whole process. I filed the taxes for my family and she helped us personally sorting through each files and explaining everything to us.
