Fantastic experience: Wally was on time everyday we were scheduled for a in car lesson. When I scheduled the in car lesson we were booked with two weeks. The certificate was received in a timely manner. My son liked driving with Wally. I would highly recommend him. Update 3 years later Wally has now taught all three of my kids to drive. Always great service and very professional. He even picked my youngest up from school and dropped him back off at the school for basketball practice.

Fantastic experience: Don’t listen to these people leaving 1 star. Wally taught my son everything he needed to know about driving. He will literally teach u everything u need to know and some from back streets main streets highway roundabouts hills in the valley downtown Akron and manuverbility. The last day my son drove with him he had the paperwork of completion and I scheduled my son driving test the very next day and he got his license. Every time he was on time and picked my son up from school which was really nice. Wally is a very great guy and been doing his job for many years he is the man. If u want to get your license give him a call u won’t be disappointed I promise

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Wally Driver's Ed. The woman who works in the office lied to me repeatedly after she twice messed up my reservation for lessons for my son. She tried to place the blame elsewhere. She promised to call.me back and did not. I strongly suggest you call somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: Wally is good guy and he know alot. He taught me everything I needed to know about the drivers test. He also knew everything about what happens on the test, and that helped alot

Negative experience: 8/22/17- Do NOT go here! Wally is a ok teacher but I learned better from my mom. He taught me irrelevant things as we were driving, and barely took me on highway after I told him I had never driven on it. The only thing he was decent at was teaching maneuverability and after practicing a different way with a family member I learned his way was more difficult. Also after completing my incars he said he would mail my completion paper out immediately and I'd get it before my test which was on a Friday & I finished my classes a week before my test on a Thursday. Thursday comes (day before test) and still hadn't received my paper and I called numerous times and got no answer. I rescheduled for the next week on Tuesday and paper still didn't come.. at this point I'm livid and blowing up Wallys phone... he answered, I gave him my name, and then he hung up. He did call back but acted as if he didn't know who I was and claims my paper got lost in mail Because he was sure of mailing it. How are you sure you mailed it but didn't even know who I was when I called? So now I had to reschedule again, and won't be able to drive to school so now I've inconvenienced my mother and her work schedule as far as my transportation goes. OH update as of 8/30/17.. He's actually a terrible teacher because he told me if I bumped a cone i would still pass but I took my test today and FAILED because of it. I think he's getting old and doesn't know what he's talking about honestly. Wouldn't recommend at all
