Fantastic experience: Steven was AMAZING at helping me get my second son thru them scheduled for his testing within just a few days time! They are ALWAYS extremely helpful and ALWAYS kind

Negative experience: I signed up an application for my Son to drive 4 months ago. I spoke to a young lady on the phone 2 months ago. She ensured me there would be a proper order. I have emailed the owner on 3 occassions. There are 5 of my Sons friends who received placement prior to my Son and we signed up 2 months earlier. They dont pick up the telephone or call back messages. Really unfortunate given I run a huge business, and predicate everything on customer service. I'm open to deleting this post if the owner ever calls me or establishes proper communication.

Fantastic experience: Both of my sons took their Driver's Education through Major Driving School. They really liked both of the instructors and were completely confident when they took their tests. Being able to schedule everything (2 sessions and road test) was very helpful. When we were ready for our road tests, Major was quick to offer multiple times and the person who administered the test was very professional, thorough, and understanding of the nervousness involved. Would highly recommend Major in Flushing!

Fantastic experience: A very good learning experience. They reccomend 6 driving hours before I took my road test. I only planned to take 3 but decided to do 6 instead and I do not regret it. They helped prepare me on the best way they could on the road, on top of that they tell you everything you need to do for the test, which was exceptionally helpful. I would highly reccomend coming here for drivers practice or taking the road test.

Negative experience: This place was rude to me on the phone then rude to my wife. They sent me a text message on monday that my class was changed to tomorrow then complained when my wife brought my kids in today telling her she missed their class. They have VERY poor communication skills. I would recommend that you all avoid this school and find another. And to think i would have had 2 kids this session and 3 more later....their loss!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was taught the rules of the road and left her very confident in driving. After Segament 1 and 2 she succeeded in passing her road test. Amazing people.
