Negative experience: Be careful when you sign up with this company. Their service agreement seems to be changeable at the whim of the owner. They remind you, multiple times, that if you cancel your scheduled behind the wheel appointment with less than 24 hours notice, they charge you $75. But they just called, around 8 hours before our appointment, and cancelled. Unwilling to compensate us for that. The owner says that the instructor is "sick," and that if our student was sick they would not charge us the fee. I asked if that is in the service agreement, to which he replied, "no." So, he can change the service agreement to insert exceptions to the agreement, unless it means he has to compensate customers for them not following their own cancellation policy? Pretty sketchy.
Negative experience: left a sweatshirt there and told them to hang onto it and they gave it to somebody else sweatshirt cost:180$
Negative experience: Did not like my instructor. It was one specific person that was rude that I had for number 2 and 3 behind the wheel. I should’ve not spent money if I didn’t get the specific instructor that I had for my first behind the wheel.
Negative experience: So my step son is on line class today and the instructor Paul decided to call him out in front of class because his eyes came off the screen to look for his paper work that is required for the class then decided to text him on his phone and and stated how he is on a payment plan and they need the 140 asap I find that very rude to ask my stepson the way he decided to come at him becuase your on a payment plan disrespectful if u ask me
Fantastic experience: Mr. Young has a way of connecting with kids that is positively influential. My daughter looked forward to each night and came home sharing stories. So grateful!
Fantastic experience: Brandon is a great instructor. He is a retired police officer and provides real life circumstances. He uses humor to make it fun to learn. He has a way of motivating kids and gaining their respect. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: My daughter has been taking classes and we have been very impressed. The instructor has a background in law enforcement and provides good insight.

Negative experience: Terrible company, the instructor was not nice to my child, and did not teach her anything useful. I will not send any of my other children there.
We’re not sure how to respond, Emily. First, we have no parent of your name in our database so I’m suspicious about whether your child was a student of ours. Next, we just opened the Blaine classroom and have yet to even complete our first class. We are months away from giving our first behind-the-wheel lesson. Your review seems to be about something we have yet to do. Last, all of the students in our current inaugural class love our Blaine instructor, Brandon. In fact, we have two new students who started late because of another student’s glowing recommendation of the instructor.
We are also suspicious because within minutes of your review, a second one-star review was posted, equally disappointed in services we have yet to perform. Coincidence? Did someone put you up to this?
If you are a Safeway parent, we would be happy to make your student’s instruction right including redoing the lessons with another instructor. We would also like to know what we did wrong so we can correct it. Please give our office a call. We’d love an opportunity to correct things.
