Delaware Defensive Driving

Fantastic experience: I have taken the refresher course every three years and each time I have enjoyed it. I have gained information from the course every single time. What’s more I absolutely love the way the D Team presents the material. I wish every single driver on the road (in all states not just Delaware) took this course. Driving is a privilege not a right and should not be taken for granted or done without respect. As well I wish drivers could appreciate that they are operating a potential weapon (large moving objects that can cause harm and death to self and others). Out of all the numerous online courses and training I have taken over the years in various subjects, I like this online course the best because of the way it is presented. I wish my CLEs used a similar model to educate and help their students retain their material. I highly recommend this course.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the online Defensive Driving Refresher Course provided by the Delaware Defensive Driving, Inc. It is easy to sign-up. The price is reasonable, more discount for family members. The course went well enough that we were able to finish the course within 3 hours 20 mins. We hope the refresher course will enable us to continue reducing our car insurance.

Positive experience: I was thoroughly entertained and educated by this course. Having the option to read, listen to or watch the material was great (I watched the videos) and was actually surprised when the course was done and let me download the certificate right away. Excellent course.

Negative experience: I took course with this company. The experience is terrible or even horrible. I paid the extra money to get certificate immediately, but waited weeks until I receive it online. I missed the deadline of certificate and my insurance rate increased a lot. When I called them, their representative was very rude and did not want to solve the problem at all. It is a waste of money and time to take course this company.
