Negative experience: This has been the absolute worst. Our family spent far too much money for a service that appears to be more of a way of separating you from your cash than actually teaching driving. You can't get appointments more than a month out, unless you're willing to drive an hour to some far flung location. They cancel randomly on you, and make no effort to reschedule and prioritize you after waiting that month. It's an absolute scam. I actually had an instructor tell me, that since my daughter won't be able to complete the 10 lessons we PAID for in advance before her driving test that's six months out, she could still take the four additional lessons AFTER she gets her license. WHAT A JOKE OF AN ORGANIZATION. Our advisor Rick promised he would hand hold us through the whole process, but when we call we get no call backs. Take my advice and look elsewhere for driving instruction, if you want to actually get that instruction. If you do go with AAA, don't pay for any more than the bare minimum, because they refuse to hold themselves accountable to it. Total scam organization. AAA, you should be ashamed.

Fantastic experience: James Tuttle was a fantastic driving instructor for my 16 year old son. He was very patience and taught him many useful skills. He even had a good sense of humor and special attitude towards teens. Highly recommend!

Lessons are easy to schedule online and there is a good selection of dates and times to choose from. I highly recommend this program for drivers training.

Fantastic experience: Jim Tuttle our instructor was awesome in every way. My daughter took her driving test two days after her final lesson and passed. The DMV instructor said he could tell she had excellent training thanks to AAA and Jim Tuttle the instructor.

Negative experience: Lessons are supposed to be 1hr instructor only wanted to do 45 min because he had not taken a break Hmm
