Negative experience: It doesn’t make sense that you can’t cancel your online course unless their open

The online class is provided by Costech. They are their own entity. In order to cancel a course you will need to contact them. I did provide you with their phone number in the email that I sent to to you. You can call them and they will help you with any issues you are having with the course.

Negative experience: You pay over $400.00 dollars for a two hour video. One time it was the Dr. Phil show. The first 10 minutes of the so called class is the instructor talking about not wearing open toed shoes for the driving test and how you must take 11 classes before you can schedule your 12th class. If your 5 minutes late the instructor won't let you in the class. College instructors will allow a student a grace.. but someone posting videos won't. I can understand if you enter a class room late that could be distracting for the other student's but this is virtual....who is this distracting?! The virtual Gods?

Hi Ms Lewis, First you have the price incorrect. The total cost of the course for the Virtual Drivers Training (Instructor Led online) is $369.00. During our lessons we have a curriculum which includes Discussion, Video presentations, and questions etc. Each Lesson is designed around Driving Attitudes, responsibilities and Information , for example laws and rules and regulations. The curriculum was developed by the state of Ohio. We are required to follow that curriculum.
Every year we get audited by the Department of Public Safety. During that audit they make sure that every student completes 24 hours of Classroom time. Not 23 hours and 50 minutes. We are watched very carefully now that the classes are virtual. There is a track record as to when students log in and log out.
If you are unhappy that your student is not permitted to be late for class I can direct you to the self study online portion of the classroom.
Instead of posting angry dissertations such as yours I would prefer you get the answers to your questions directly from us.

Negative experience: So I would give them 0 because I talled lady over the phone who ever she is she shouldn't be working there she told me they will not help me right now because they are too focused on teaching the minor's so if you're an adult they don't want nothing to do with you they won't ever get my money if they treat me like this!! Poor services
