Fantastic experience: Took my driver's test last night! He was very kind and helped make conversation so things were comfortable! I passed my test and then he still went over anything he might have been concerned about!

Fantastic experience: I took a road test yesterday, Amanda was amazing, she instructed me about the mistakes I was making, and supported me through out the test.

Fantastic experience: I had my road test this morning August 5th with Kim Mcdaid in Mt Pleasant Michigan. I passed my test. She is very professional, very nice and friendly. You’ll feel less nervous. I highly recommend Kim if you are looking for an examiner for your road test. Goodluck!

Fantastic experience: I recently took my road skills test with Amanda, and she was absolutely amazing! I had been putting off the driving test for a long time because I thought it would be stressful and intimidating, but I was so wrong. Amanda made me feel completely at ease. Her instructions were clear, calm, and encouraging. It didn’t even feel like a test, it felt like I was just driving with a supportive friend. Highly recommend! Thank you, Amanda!

Fantastic experience: We searched high and low for a local Saginaw road tester after being told by friends that the best options were Midland or Standish when we stumbled on Yates. Our daughter took her road test with Kim June over at the YMCA here in Saginaw and she was patient and helpful and put our daughter at ease. She was wonderful and clear on the expectations and instructions of the road test and provided all the necessary information we needed going forward after the test concluded. I absolutely recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Kim in Mt Pleasant is AMAZING!!!! Immediately set my teen (and myself) at ease, walked and talked him through all parking lot and rode tests. She was very easy to work with, and gives very constructive feedback in a way that a teen not only understands but actually listens too as well. I've already told many friends that Yates 2 and Kim are amazing to work with and will recommend them 100% to anyone that needs a driver's test.

Fantastic experience: The driving instructor was amazing! She was super nice and chatty. I heard bad things about driving test places in Saginaw, and how the instructors are mean and purposely fail you. But this experience was the exact opposite! I could tell the instructor was super encouraging and really did want you to pass. I would recommend anyone nearby to take their test here instead of somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: I took my road test through them and it went very well. I did pass, but I would've gave 5 stars even if I had failed. I was nervous but the instructor was calm and understanding. Amanda made it clear what I needed to do, and tried to keep it light for my nerves. Unfortunately I did make some mistakes and she briefly mentioned some in the moment but she went over them clearly at the end of the test. Obviously one of my mistakes was really rookie of me but still, I appreciated knowing where to improve on. I feel like even if I hadn't passed, I would've felt confident choosing here for a retest.

Negative experience: Taking this class on line should be virtual from pool side or wherever you'd like to participate, we'll we were told sitting on a boat in the quiet scenery of our private lake was prohibited..Really ? And then put my son on blast thru out his class and let students comment on where he was..very unprofessional..,

Fantastic experience: Just did my test yesterday Mr.Yates was very professional gives very simple instructions and techniques to help you before you're exam was very nervous but he helped break the ice definitely recommend going here over any other driving facility.

Negative experience: They took my money but didn’t even take me out of the parking lot and I didn’t get my license because I was “timid “- yeah I’m timid because I’m taking a test
