Fantastic experience: Patnode is a good guy sad to see this place closed down, it's run down and expensive but he's a good instructor

Fantastic experience: I had ms.pasha and I do not think I would have learned Better from any other drivers instructor. There was very good communication in the car at all times which made it easy to learn.

Negative experience: Despite what the website represents, the Milwaukee and Kenosha/Racine locations are not actually affiliated so if you pay online for Kenosha, be prepared to be given the run-around and wait MONTHS for anything to be scheduled. They wouldn't let me pay the whole thing upfront, and then stopped lessons after classroom without any word as to when the rest of my money would be due, or when behind the wheel lessons would start. Unorganized! Unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: My Daughter really likes him she think he does his job very will. He is very supportive she was very nervous due to losing her dad due to someone crashing into him and that made her stop driving but but her driver told we will get through this. Love that

Fantastic experience: It was a good experience for me and I thought the instructor was good at his job. My parents are trying to sign my brother up for a class this summer (2020) and their first choice is Arcade.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here in June 2019. The instructor was an older gentleman, kind, professional & courteous. The classrooms instruction was well taught, as was the on road instruction. They offered a few different options in different pay tiers and only required a minimum payment up front. I thought they made it very affordable and convenient for anyone. I saw some of the negative reviews and felt that I needed to put in our experience to balance it out, especially after seeing the 1.5 star rating. My son said it was a great experience and he would give the Instructor 5 stars. As a parent, I was very satisfied with driving instructor/ classroom instructor, the value and the home office that I dealt with for the scheduling. It was a very positive experience. *****

Negative experience: Extremely poor service. The old hag that answers the phone always has a terrible attitude.

Negative experience: This place sucks there just in it for the money the instructor will fail you on purpose. The stinks at learning all put veidos in and thinks there teaching but there not. He sucks at makeing up tests. He sounds like has kids living his basement. He looks like a fat pig mix with a troll. Dose not teach u about brake lights and turning and parking. Basically he din't teach you nothing at all and he yells at you if you don't know the answer and dose not give you notes. He hates when cops pull him over and he can't get out of the car. They only have one car for behind the wheel. And the guy smells skunk and gasoline. So I'm saying the suck at there job.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Arcade. Mr. Banks was a great instructor and made it easy to learn all about driving, both in the classroom and behind the wheel. I feel very prepared for my drivers test.

Negative experience: It took months after she completed the classroom portion of her training to schedule all of my daughter's behind the wheel sessions because they were so "behind." Not once did the instructor ever arrive to pick her up on time. He ranged from 20 minutes early to over an hour late of her scheduled pick up time. One of her classroom sessions had to be made up because the instructor had to cancel class. Arcade is very disorganized and I would not recommend them to anyone - especially if punctuality is a priority.
