Fantastic experience: The Instructors were very nice and directed the students very well. They will tell you when you should do a maneuver and will guide you through it. I had a very good experience and I would highly recommend it for everyone taking driving lessons.

Negative experience: So far this has been a terrible experience. They require you to schedule behind the wheel sessions online, but they only release available days 30-45 days in advance. As a result, all of the customers are required to log on as early as possible on the 15th of the month and fight for spots. If you don't get a spot, they tell you to try again next month. If the classes are not completed in time, you need to sign up and attend the entire program over again. I don't understand, you already took the money, you know how many students you have, how can you not have enough behind the wheel sessions available so that all your students can schedule their sessions? I have had an easier time getting concert tickets than it is to schedule a behind the wheel session that I already paid for.
Negative experience: This school is very very bad!!!!! I got my driving permit and looking for school. I called them 3 weeks ago and ask about spit and they told me they will have availability on September 15. I emailed them earlier than this day and they sent me program so I can choose. I called them to schedule September classes and lady on the phone told me that they don’t have any available spot and they Booking spots for October. How fair is that? I just waisted my time. I’m not recommending this school because they don’t mean business. Don’t waste you time on this school. Look for some another place.
I apologize that you feel that you didn't get the customer service that you deserve but I am having a difficult time understanding what the issue is. You reference classes but I am not sure if you mean behind the wheel lessons? We have many class options in all of our locations and the behind the wheel lessons are scheduled out two months in advance and become available on the 15th of every month. We have several locations near Palatine from which students can schedule their lessons. Thank you very much.
