Ms Bustos, while we are sorry that we did not totally meet your expectations we are happy that you and your son enjoyed the instructors and the classroom program. To clarify, private driving schools are not allowed to offer the final driving test per the Secretary of State's regulations - this is something that only some high schools are able to offer. Students and parents are notified of their 9 month Completion Deadline several times throughout the program including during our Parent Orientation on Day 1 and on our Signals scheduling website. As a goodwill gesture we would like to offer your son an additional behind the wheel "refresher" lesson at no charge. I checked your account and it appears that you called this morning and scheduled the 4 remaining drives with no problem and were able to get home pickup/dropoff as well which is great news. During the transition from AOrland to Top Driver we worked very hard with the prior management to move all of their online files to Top Driver however the data received was only as good as what they sent. Unfortunately your son's account may have been affected which we apologize for.
