Negative experience: They refused to let my child keep taking the test even though my child kept trying. Not willing to work with us. Complete waste of money.

Fantastic experience: My son took his written test and driving test here. All the staff we encountered were nice, professional, and very helpful.

Negative experience: My son went here for his written test so naturally he took his drive test here. He didn't pass the first test, so I went in to pay for next test and was very unhappy with listening to the instructor tell his next student not to be stupid. WOW, I told the girl at the desk that was not cool. The same person gave our next test, my son failed again I believe it was because I called him out. I am not going back here. Wish I had read reviews first.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, if you don't have a car to use they also provide a car to use. Very hard to find, it's next to the subway in the building with the h&r block sign
