Fantastic experience: The instructors are awesome, my kids loved them all and were very comfortable with all of them. Communication can be difficult at times, but overall experience is good.

Fantastic experience: They are great, all the instructors are retired officers and EMT's (If I remember correctly) they are very helpful and my daughter doesnt feel nervous about driving with them.

Fantastic experience: 911 driving school classes by our instructor Kayla was outstanding. She taught great and kept the class on track and it was super entertaining. And i cant wait to see how the drives will be. You guys are excellent and thank you so much for teaching us.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this driving school. I recommend. Driving teacher kept us informed and let us know what to work on between driving lessons. We have a constantly changing work schedule and office staff helped us with scheduling the appointments. We appreciate Jane's help in the office and the teacher Julian.

Julian gave me pointers on everything, told me how to do everything the safe and best way that would work for me. He gives constructive criticism and definitely puts his heart into his job. I’m so thankful my last two drives were with Julian. And I appreciate you all at 911 driving school for being so kind to me. Thank you.

My driving experience here was the best I think it possibly could’ve been. He’s even got some pretty good jokes up his sleeve too lol.

Fantastic experience: RECOMMENDED X10000!!! My brother and I both went to this school, and had extremely positive experiences. For all of my drives, I had the instructor Colin. Amazing guy with amazing knowledge. I learned so many things behind the wheel, especially some tips and tricks; He saved my parallel parking! On top of that, extremely cool guy. Their staff is all so friendly, and i’m sad that I passed my test because I won’t get all these chances to talk with them again. For lessons, i took their online course. Once again, like everything they do, it was amazing and so educational. They also do a practice knowledge test that is great yall. If you’re a parent, be content knowing this school has your kid’s back. #ThankYouColin #IPassedMyTestsFirstTry

The instructors are thoroughly trained and exhibit a high level of professionalism. They are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely dedicated to helping students overcome their shortcomings. I particularly want to extend my gratitude to her instructor, Colin. He is truly awesome! His teaching style is supportive, which made the learning experience enjoyable and effective for her. Overall, I highly recommend 911 Driving School for anyone looking to start their driving journey. You’ll be in great hands with their fantastic team!

Fantastic experience: Collin is a great driving instructor! They are super patient and explain everything really well. I felt really comfortable during my lessons and learned a lot. Collin made sure I understood everything before moving on, which helped me feel confident. Thanks to Collin, I passed my driving test easily. I also want to mention that the driving school is excellent, with a supportive environment and great resources. I totally recommend Collin and the school if you want to learn how to drive!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at 911 in Snohomish. Very accommodating to my daughter's busy school and afterschool schedule. I would get a call if they had a cancellation and the open spot worked for our schedule. I appreciated that! We were able to schedule some of the lessons on the weekend as well. Great location for us - I could get in shopping while she was on her lesson. I recommend.

Negative experience: Absolutely HATE working with this driving school! Their communication is AWFUL!!! They have missed booking appointments for my student so many times and we lose out on spots because of it. They are spotty on returning emails or answering phones (you have to chase them.) It has made it VERY difficult being a working mom to plan and coordinate. There is NEVER any availability of driving instructors and it is not taught by first responders/police. That is a marketing ploy. Because of this I highly recommend going elsewhere. We cannot complete the program because of their lack of communication. Go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: My son really liked the drivers education instructor and they were helpful when needing to reschedule.

Negative experience: Showed up for my 4:50 appointment on 12/18 arriving at 4:52 pm and the girl said we are closed and I have to pick up my kids. Everything was turned off from lights to computers and she was heading out the door. If your not going to open till 5pm then change your website and door sign. If I could give you zero stars I would. I left work early to get there and prepaid for the finger print process which only takes 3 minutes. I am Very upset and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff was great and super nice! They gave great instructions and their communication was excellent! It was also really fun to hear about everyone’s background. This is the nicest place out there, would highly recommend! :)
