Advanced Driving School

Fantastic experience: Both of our kids attended classes at Advanced Driving School and came out feeling confident and ready to drive. The McCoys are great teachers and very good with the behind the wheel instruction, calm, patient, and kind. We are very pleased with the whole experience, twice over.

Negative experience: Employees are rude and unhelpful to kids and to the parents. It's ok for them to cancel a class at the last minute but not ok for a student to go to the wrong drive location by accident and wait five minutes or meet at a different location. Canceled drive over 5 min and charged large fee. Drives are almost impossible to get scheduled. Owner will not return calls! Steer clear of this place, they are awful!

Positive experience: Being at boo at the zoo blindfolded on drugs is probably more fun than this place. But hey, it gets the job done.

Negative experience: As a student currently taking classes here it's not a bad spot you know it's not like top notch but no complaints but as you can tell I'm rating 1 star reson being is class is on a SUNDAY AT 4 like bru yall couldn't have been more like hey let's pick a insanely difficult time to have them here Like why not like Thursday at 5 or wensday or Tuesday in the morning I hate that it's so late qt a terrible time

Negative experience: Owner takes no responsibility for her employees bad behavior and will take your money and not provide service. I tried to talk calm to the owner after her employees was rude and unhelpful but she kept trying to speak over me and then hung up on me. Bad business and a scam. Waited 4 months and got nothing. Ruined my child's driving life for the time waisted. Now he has to wait till he is almost 17 to get his liscens. I wouldn't trust these people nor do business if you expect to be treated fairly.

Negative experience: I paid in full for the class in January of 2020. I mailed in all paperwork. Corona hit and they turned it into a webinar. My son took and passed all classes. When I called to set up behind the wheel time, they said they never received any paperwork. When I requested a second time to have paperwork sent by mail, they emailed it to me saying my son now had to take another session in June. The lady I spoke to has been rude every time. They are extremely unorganized there and have the worst communication ever. If you aren't on top of them every step of the way chances are your child will have to go through the same thing as mine. It is ridiculous how they are running things. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Negative experience: THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK

Fantastic experience: Can get you done faster than any high school, very cheap and very helpful owners and instructors.

Negative experience: Called the help number 5 times and still haven’t gotten a reply and their email doesn’t work

Fantastic experience: We loved it! Daughter recieved excellent instruction. They were very flexible with the driving hours they had to offer for us. We are about to use them again. Cheapest place we have found.

Fantastic experience: My daughter learned much from the class (and did required reading). We liked her driving instructor, he was thorough with the students when driving and gave the ins and outs of driving. The office lady always returned my calls and answered questions. She even went out of her way to accommodate my daughter's request to drive with a certain instructor and student. We will use Advanced Driving for our other children as they come of age.
