Fantastic experience: I recently completed six behind-the-wheel sessions with this school. My instructor, Chet Sir, was truly amazing. He has a remarkable talent for explaining complex driving concepts in a simple, understandable way. His patience and kindness created a very supportive learning environment, and he consistently ensured I was comfortable and confident with each skill before moving on. I am very grateful for his excellent instruction and highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: I decided to add driver's education and behind the wheel to my teaching endorsement. The owner of Valley Driving school is the instructor for my class. I know where my child will take behind the wheel, it will be with Valley Driving School! Mary cares so much that these kids are taught the right way and in the end that is the most important part. Part of my class has been observing behind the wheel classes and her teachers are superb!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible communication and customer service. Was thankful to find another driving service that was much more professional.

Fantastic experience: Kim was an AMAZING instructor! She was kind and knowledgeable and personable and made sure that we understood everything we needed to know. I cannot thank her enough for everything she taught me and I'm looking forward to coming back for the advanced course!!

Negative experience: The reviews about this owner are no joke. Very rude on the phone and speaks to you as if you were a child in trouble.

Negative experience: A driver never showed up for a lesson and when asked about it, claimed that I cancelled the lesson and attempted to charge me for a last minute cancellation that I never made. Confronted the owner about this and she was very snotty and rude.

Negative experience: They never responded to me about how long it would take to get into the classes, and came off as rude when I questioned why I wasn’t getting a response.

Negative experience: The owner of this company is absolutely rude she rips people off for money and then when you call her out on it she gets rude and nasty. Her drivers are disorganized and for the price you are paying it’s just horrible. I would give no stars if possible. For a business owner she yells and screams at paying customers. Then tells them about how she gets charge a fee for credit cards. I’m glad my child won’t be learning through this supposed driving school. Be aware money hungry bad customer service and disorganized.

Fantastic experience: Valley Driver Ed went above and beyond to help my son get his online testing done before his appointment at the DMV, we are so appreciative of the professionalism and time you took not only out of your day but also your evening to help us. Thank you so much! I Would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of driver education.

Fantastic experience: Don’t let the bad reviews deter you. My daughter just successfully completed the course and we are very pleased. Registration was completed quickly and easily via email, the owner was responsive and clear on everyone’s obligations, and the driving instructor (Sanders) was patient and knowledgeable. I thought I had prepared my daughter pretty well for driving, but the instructor took her through some different scenarios that are real-world useful. I don’t usually post reviews, but wanted to share our positive experience with this course!

Negative experience: Talked to the woman on the phone. Like another review stated...she is rude as can be and seems to forget you are paying her! Unfortunately I am having a difficult time finding another school like this in the area. Maybe this is why she thinks she can be so absolutely nasty without reason.

Negative experience: So, the idea was to take driving lessons. I was cool with this. I had a tough day at work, when I came home I got a call. Now, I was fine with this. I answer the call, and they butcher my name 3 times before I corrected her. But I’m sitting here trying to coordinate my schedule with my family, and this woman, interrupts me and goes “You’re an adult, I’m here to talk to you” in the most condescending voice I’ve heard in years. So I decided I wanted to take my business elsewhere, when I called back to cancel I was going to say that no, I’d like to go elsewhere. And she gets all irritated, I’m assuming she knew it was me when I called back. “What are you not going to take any classes or what?” and honestly, that was the last straw and some words were exchanged. I know that they’ll see this, so I’m going to say this just so they can improve. Remember I’m paying you, not the other way around. The way to get someone’s money isn’t being rude.
