Fantastic experience: Did my driver’s test here. I can’t remember the instructor’s name but she was so friendly, welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Highly recommend this location if tests make you anxious.

Fantastic experience: Bill is a great coach he is so friendly he taught me the easy way to do the maneuver after our last driving lesson I took my driving test and I passed..bill and Judy is the best☺️highly recommended.

Negative experience: I paid for my daughter's in car training in June. It is now the day after Thanksgiving and we still have not got her in car training set up. This is putting a strain on her senior year and sports and our personal life.

Fantastic experience: Coach’s (Bill) is a wonderful, patient instructor. He has taught and helped all 3 of our kids in getting perfect scores on their tests. Pick up and drop off in a timely manner. His program cost is very reasonable, his testing center puts the kiddos at ease, which makes testing a breeze They leave his program driving safe & confident! I highly recommend this company and Bill!

Negative experience: Scammed me. Made me wait over 7 months for all of my lessons. I never recieved all of them. Shame on him Go somewhere else. Reviews seem fake. I tell everyone about my experience and to avoid doing bussiness here

Fantastic experience: I had bill for all 4 of my in-cars and what can I say, this guy is amazing at teachinf students behind the wheel, he gives lives comments and lets you know what you need to work on. I only took my drivers test one time and passed because he prepares you for it and helps you by giving you tips

Fantastic experience: All parents of teens know that getting the “in-car” part of drivers license journeys is always the biggest pain. Coaches in Ravenna totally flips that into an amazing personal experience where my three sons learned so much, enjoyed their time and became comfortable behind the wheel. Scheduling was smooth and easy. Top notch my sons will never forget. Bill in particular was an amazingly calm and helpful instructor. This place, compared to what I hear about other places, is a no-brainer if you need to get your teen driving….

Negative experience: Stay away!!!! He took our money back in June of 2023. Told us he was booking a month out, LIES!!! Was told if my son did not have all of his 8 hours of instruction within 6 months of his first in car that we could get a refund. First in car was October 9th and come April of this year, he still only had maybe 2-3 hours in the car. Requested a refund back on April 10th, still have not received it and when I try reaching out for an update I get no responses. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

Negative experience: Go to this place if you want to waste your money and never see it again.

Negative experience: SCAM ARTIST! He will take your money and never communicate or anything. I will be taking him to small claims court. We'll be getting my money back plus filling fees. I warned him months ago what would happen if he didn't do the right thing

Negative experience: For my first son: Bill was Fantastic. We only had a short period of time before school started in order to get my son’s training in, and Bill really worked with us! As a result my son was able to get his drivers license before school started! For my second, who was unable to take the classes: I’ve been attempting to get my refund for nearly two months. I have left many messages with the office without a call back. Bill keeps texting me that I’ll get the check, but WHEN I can’t believe that I have to change my review but I am very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Coach's came through for us in a busy time and handled our daughter's lessons safely and professionally. Picked her up from school and dropped her off at home, and gave us a detailed critique at the end. Thanks Coach's!

Negative experience: If could give minus 10 stars out of 5 I would! Bill had no problem taking my daughters money back in August, and here it is almost December, and we're still waiting. Very bad communication skills on his part, doesn't keep us up to date or informed, at all! Please take your money and business else where, this man is a fraud! If I thought it would be worth it, I would take him to small claims court! I will never say anything good about this company when asked! BBB is next on my list!
