Negative experience: I recently move to Miami and had to buy a car. Having a diver's license, I wanted to boost my confidence on the road and contacted this school to book a few classes on weekends. I was told to contact the driver (Kaylee) directly and make all the necessary arrangements: payment, scheduling etc. I bought a 5-hour package ($240) and Kaylee asked me to pay the full amount through Zelle linked to her cell phone. I wasn't comfortable doing it, so we agreed that I would initially transfer $120 and the balance at the end of the classes. However, after the first class she insisted I transfer the remaining balance, and I did. My first class was scheduled for February 15th and as of today, March 25th, they managed to provide me with only three hours of driving out of five. My experience with this school has been terrible: last minute scheduling, cancellations, lateness up to 40min, and Kaylee turned out to be the "boss" of this establishment. I eventually asked for a different instructor (Samuel), who was also late for 20min. The service is unreliable and frustrating, to say the least. They talk sweet, but fail to deliver. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone.

Negative experience: Te tratan mal, para colmo cobran carísimo y después ni sales en el sistema de Tallahassee, pésimo servicio

Fantastic experience: THE BEST! Staff was super helpful, kind, and welcoming. The office was super clean and up to date. Staff worked around the clock to make sure I was helped and fixed all my issues. Definitely recommend 10/10
