Fantastic experience: If you are the farmer/rancher and have little to no time for trucking school this is the place they will work around your busy schedule to get you properly trained and pass the test stress free. They are even willing to come to your small towns if you set up a group of guys to train and test. Best in the business !

Fantastic experience: I dreaded going to school, but as soon as I met my instructor, Ryan, I was excited. Both him and his wife are very kind people as well as being good at what they do. I am 18 years old and was working for a class A CDL when I started school at R and D. My instructor made it a point not to overwhelm me and stress me out. He only teaches you as much as you can handle at a time. Over all, my experience was amazing at this school, and I would 110% recommend it to everyone and anyone I know wanting to get their CDL.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome school! They're very patient and will work with your general needs. It's completely based on when you're ready, not they're timeline. The instructors are extremely helpful, will adapt to your needs. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. They make it fun to learn, and help you know you can do it. Fantastic experience: 5 stars does not say enough about this school and the instructors. I give the instructors, Ryan and Dustin at R & D Truck driving school a 100 star rating. I originally went through another schools program, spent 3 weeks there, and had no personal interaction with the instructors, other students were teaching the new students. I’m about to drive 100,000 lbs down the road, and I’m being taught by students! I have never felt so unsafe, I was to the point I was regretting turning my life upside down to chase this dream.. I couldn’t handle finishing my time at that school so I reach out to R & D. They had me on their schedule the very next day. Ryan is hands down the best, most professional, patient, passionate and knowledgeable instructor out there. He understands that not everyone learns the same way, and he adopts to your learning style. The one on one coaching, training, and encouragement made it for me. Ryan was more excited when I passed a skill or hit a gear shifting than I was!! I have never felt more comfortable not knowing what I’m doing than I did with the guys at R & D. I will forever be grateful for finding Ryan and Dustin. They literally restored my hopes and dreams of getting my CDL. Don’t go to one of these big name schools, go with R & D and I promise you that you’ll have zero regrets and will feel comfortable driving a big rig. Thank you R & D!! Fantastic experience: R&D truck Driving School provides the best CDL training I have experienced to date, having gone through training for my B class and now with R&D for my A class I can honestly say that there is a huge difference in being rushed through the system thrown into a truck versus working with people who really care about your safety and that of other drivers you will encounter on the road. I want to give a special thank you to Ryan not only was he super patient and positive with me you can tell he loves teaching he is very thorough professional and is great at providing tricks to help your mind remember and understand how the truck works and why it is important to do a proper pre-trip inspection before driving down the road. I couldn't be happier with the training I received from R&D CDL school it has really made me feel more comfortable to start this new chapter in my life and thanks to there efforts I feel confident because they made sure I understood and knowledgeable before testing and sending me on the road. Fantastic experience: Ryan and Deanne are super great people to learn from. Ryan has amazing patience and the ability to calm even the nervous of students. He's been trucking a very long time and has vast knowledge in all aspects of truck driving. He understands the different ways that people learn and if he realizes you need another way of learning he has no problem bringing in other teachers who can use a different method of teaching. He was very patient with me and we have become good friends even after graduation. His wife handles all the paperwork and scheduling and she was fabulous with scheduling me for schooling for when I could do it. That's why I chose R&D Truck Driving School. They are super nice and able to accommodate most schedules.
