Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my driving instructor. He was very kind and helpful with teaching my how to drive. He was also funny, we had good laughs.

Negative experience: This place has horrible customer services. They do not treat people with respect and wasted one's time. I've tried calling numerous times and always receive vm.

Negative experience: First, emails are either not responded to or responded to late. A “new” person didn’t have answers and did not find out the answers to follow up. When doing the written test, the girl gave attitude with eye rolls (believe she was the owner’s niece). Now, an instructor quit wheny child was supposed to have a behind the wheel. When I called, I was told that they didn’t have an email or phone number on file. I have emailed and left my number with them. So unorganized. Would not recommend unless there are changes or things are rectified.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and very difficult to schedule lack of consistency I would not recommend this for any adults for driving. Not to mention it's only one instructor. Trust me when I say you don't want to waste your time nor your money, the man even came late.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this school, poor communication, they cancel driving classes, they always make the excuse that their cars are broken

Negative experience: Called them to remake up a test and they said the office is open till 4pm and it’s 1 pm and no one’s there

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my driving lessons at the arcade driving school and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The receptionist and owner were equally welcoming and took the time to understand my goals and concerns. The instructor (owner) at Arcade Driving is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They taught me not only how to pass my driving test but also instilled in me the importance of safe driving habits. I felt confident behind the wheel thanks to their expert guidance. Thanks to the dedication of the staff at Arcade Driving School. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking to learn the right way and receive top-notch instruction.

Negative experience: Had rats in the basement

Negative experience: I recently signed up for driving lessons from Arcade. The driver that conducted the lessons with me was nice but I was only able to have 2 lessons instead of the 6 I signed up for due to the bad service. When I called Arcade to set my last four sessions the woman who answered the phone acted like it was a bother for her to do it especially when I had to make the lessons before I had to work in the afternoon and on my days off. I thought my lessons were scheduled as she said but they did not pick me up for the last four lessons or bother to call me with a reason why they didn’t. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Both of my children have gone through their 12 hours of driving and observing course. The woman in the office is very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
