Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with East Coast as an Adult student-- I was really nervous about getting behind the wheel after not driving since my teens, but Amanda Plante's confidence and encouraging teaching style not only got me driving again, but actually enjoying it! She made sure I was prepared for both the test and safely handling anything that might come my way in the real world. Just passed my road test today! Thank you Amanda & East Coast!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with East Coast Driving School. The program was highly informative, well-structured, and delivered with outstanding guidance. I am especially grateful to Amanda Plante for her patience, support, and encouragement throughout the process. Her expertise and professionalism made all the difference. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone seeking quality instruction. 5 STARS!

Negative experience: One of their cars was out driving like a maniac, coming to very short stops, speeding 30mph above the speed limit, and brake checking the driver behind Incredibly unprofessional from the "instructor" behind the wheel, and I shudder to think what she's teaching students if that's how she drives. No wonder the people of Bellingham/Woonsocket can't drive!

Fantastic experience: As a former student of East Coast, I would highly recommend to any parent unsure of where to sign their child up! The course was enjoyable due to Bill's infectious personality, and the driving lessons were smooth (shout out Randy for always being willing to do double lessons with me to get them done quicker!) and left me feeling very confident for my drivers test. It's worth the money when you only have to take the test once to pass!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend East Coast Driving School. My daughter was well prepared for the permit and road test, passing both easily. Also recommend Randy for driving lessons, he makes sure everyone becomes a confident driver.

Fantastic experience: Randy's teaching style was highly effective. He provided clear and concise instructions, allowing me to grasp concepts quickly. He also took the time to explain the reasoning behind certain maneuvers and rules, which helped me understand the importance of safe driving practices. Throughout the lessons, Randy was incredibly supportive and encouraging. He provided constructive feedback, pointing out both my achievements and areas where I could improve. This approach motivated me to push myself and strive for excellence. Thank you, Randy, for helping me achieve my goal of becoming a licensed driver. Your passion for teaching and commitment to your students truly sets you apart

Fantastic experience: This is best driving school in town. Everything went smooth and I got my license in first attempt. A BIG thank you do Randy who put his all efforts and makes sure you are ready for road test. Donna provided all information needed and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend East Coast Driving School. Our experience was excellent all around! The instructors were awesome preparing my son for his road test especially Randy who went out of his way to make it a great experience. Also, Donna was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this driving school. I got my license within 3 months, 2 trials. You can familiarise with the test route, which will be helpful. The test route is a quiet road with very little traffic. (always remember your Blinkers) I would like to give Mr. Randy LaRosa a compliment. He is a kind person and helpful. If the owner is reading this, I will say he is very valuable to the school. He is very patient and under his guidance, I got my Driver's license within JUST 15 hours, no extra practice myself. (I’m a foreigner who currently don’t own a car) If the student have the right commitment, you can get your license quick under the help of Randy.

Fantastic experience: ECDS was/is amazing and I highly recommend this driving school. We had unusual circumstances with obtaining a drivers license. Donna was extremely helpful and accommodating. She and the staff went above and beyond to get my daughter a driving lesson and scheduled driving exam. The driving instructor was wonderful and very helpful. All skills were reviewed. Driving test was done very professionally. The examiner was patient and very kind. They all helped my daughter to relax and remain calm. Never intimidating. They are wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend East Coast Driving School. Driving Instructor Randy went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was ready for her road test, and because of his efforts (and all the staff), she felt confident going in to her test, and because of that, I feel confident with her behind the wheel. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend East Coast Driving school for all level of drivers. Very professional and at the same time individualized approach, with well organized scheduling online system. Special kudos to an absolutely brilliant instructor, Randy, who really CARES about his students and is an incredible teacher. He takes one step beyond just passing the exam and technicalities, but provides the fundamentals for being a good, confident and cautious driver.

Negative experience: They don't have nothing in Spanish to explain nothing of the app they charge you and they don't have any class available but still you have to pay and the money is not refundable I do not recommend this school it's a big scam.

Fantastic experience: I took my road test with EastCoast and their business was great! When I first called, they were already giving me advice. When I got there the owner Donna assured me that I would do well. Although I didn’t pass, which in no way was the school’s fault, it was much easier having words of encouragement from Donna and an easy reschedule for my next test.

Fantastic experience: This place was fantastic! They gave me a great journey from driver's ed to the road test! It was super easy to contact them and the teachers and staff were all great! The only sad part is now I have my license I can't go back!

Fantastic experience: I have been through the school twice in two years and absolutely love them. Their drivers are top notch, both of my kids loved them all!! They are so accommodating to kids' busy schedules, very easy to work with and a pleasure to get on the phone with. I highly recommend this school when your child is learning how to drive.

Fantastic experience: East Coast Driving School was a great experience for my daughter! She really enjoyed the classroom instructors (Joe, Peter?) and said they really made the week fly by. She has been out several times with the instructors, and we can already see her becoming a more defensive & alert driver. She went with a group of her friends over summer, and they all are doing very well with their driving. Two already have obtained their licenses, and the others are scheduled for the test right through the school in Franklin. Very convenient. All in all a very good school, and we will be sending our son there in a few years! Thank you.

Positive experience: I am just going to write my experiences with East Coast Driving School, I know my situation may not be the same for everyone and I do not blame the school on 100% on my problems I have been having but I feel like people should know my experience. East Coast is a relatively new driving school program in my area and is one of the more expensive schools in my area but we chose it anyways. They have a nice building and very new Ford (Fusion/Focus?) cars that are very clean and very easy to use (Which is why I believe are one of the reasons they are more expensive then others). They're classroom time I attended was very nice and the instructors Joe and Kevin are really nice guys which my peers and myself had no problem liking at all. They were always in a good mood, very nice and very funny and where great teachers. Completed the classroom hours and had no problems with the test they administered. Then I started my road lessons and the nice lady teaching my first lesson was teaching me the basics to driving which she did a very good job at. I quickly caught on and everything they were teaching me came smoothly for the most part. Now this was something that I found was quite annoying, when they teached me parallel parking they told me the basics. I could probably do a decent job doing it 1/2 the time but most of the road instructors only told me that I was too far from the curb or crooked, etc., but most of the time didn't tell me how to fix it/what I did wrong with the exception of Frank. Frank by the way is a very good teacher and I loved every minute being with Frank. This "not explaining my errors" also applied to other skills I was trying to learn. My last couple of road lessons where practice tests and I was told I would pass no problem. Now THIS is what I got mad about the most. My last road lesson was almost 2 MONTHS from the date I scheduled my road test. My road test was through East Coast also which is $125. In my personal situation I don't have any small sedans to practice with only full sized trucks are owned by my family so no practice for me, yet I was told I would pass no problem. Took the test and was not prepared, now I have to pay another 75$ again to retake. I believe I was setup to fail so now I'm paying 200$ just in road lessons on top of the $850 it costs for the rest of the services they offered.
