She was impacted by the video and is making me watch it later! The online option helped accommodate our lives and maintain progress for her license.

Fantastic experience: Great online course my daughters could do at thier own pace and tome. Really gets them ready fir the exam and lots of practice tests

Negative experience: So far so bad. Owners are only willing to help by text and not in person or by phone call. We’ve been having issues for several months with not getting the course to work properly. First the problem was on their end, now they’re saying it’s on our end. Which is possible but we obviously need more assistance. Willing to try the suggestion given tonight but would have been nicer for them to not talk down to me as a paying customer. It’s unfortunate the L&B uses this for their online option. Would like to continue and get this over with if possible. But I would also like to have a professional and customer friendly experience. UPDATE: they are “not able” to help us with our issues so giving us a refund. Buyer beware of a company that is unable to help with their own website.
