Negative experience: Idk if I'd ever send my kids or anyone I know here. I was driving on the highway and seen one of their drivers in a black dodge caravan white older gentleman with glasses on and he almost hit me when he did a dangerous move cutting off a semi cutting into my lane than to cut back over in front of another vehicle which the whole time was to close to all 3 of us with no care in the world. Wish I got his plates but I know he has back bumper damage. He drives like that fine but with you guys logo on the van I recommend you tell him to take it off when off the clock cause that's bad for business.

Positive experience: Scheduling was a little frustrating but the Main office did a fantastic job assisting us and correcting any issues.

Positive experience: Was a good time and class

Negative experience: Worst customer service. Lady on the phone is disrespectful and unprofessional. Instructionsl Driver never showed up first time showed up late second time. Called to voice frustration and got hung up on. Do not send you student drivers here..

Negative experience: DO NOT ATTEND THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! I highly recommend anywhere but here, it was problem after problem. First They tried to say I never paid when I could clearly see the transaction in my account, then they lost my completion certificates which required me to spend $60 on copies, on top of the original fee. Lastly they don't even have any drivers. I was told to keep an eye out for the schedule but a couple months and nothing. How do you not even know who or when someone works for your is beyond my knowledge (That being at least common sense). The lady on the phone is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful when asked to do her job. Surprisingly! she's just as rude in person as well! In all honesty it amazes me an unorganized, disrespectful company such as this could even stay open. PLEEEEAAAASE for the sake of yourself and others, don't waste time or money and just go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Awful. I understand that due to Covid, there would be a longer wait than normal but couldn't get on the schedule for over 3 months. It wasn't the lengthy wait that was bothersome but having to check daily if anything was available (people have jobs and other things to do than continuously check a website) with no help from the staff except "just keep checking, we don't know when the schedule will be posted as drivers have to post their own schedules and there's nothing else we can do." Finally got on the schedule and a month before the road driving was to begin, was told that the driver quit. Completely fed up, asked for a refund and was met with rude comments/attitude over the phone, then received the refund less a processing fee for "internet payment." Would not recommend this place to anyone, went somewhere else and was put on the schedule within 2 hours and met with a completely different attitude. One of the worst experiences ever, avoid!

Fantastic experience: I have used this driving school for two of my children over the past 10 years, and I’m in the process of registering my third and last child now. This driving school is very thorough, the instructors were excellent and very knowledgeable , the prices are very reasonable, my children have been taught to be responsible, respectful and cautious drivers. Pro driving school on Ridge rd has been an EXCELLENT experience for our children. Would recommend them to ANYONE!!!

Negative experience: The lady on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. The instructors were fine, but dealing with their office was a nightmare and they were very unclear about several things

Negative experience: Pretty stupid thing to do is drive recklessly and distracted on an electronic device as an instructor while you were driving a vehicle with a big decal that says “PRO DRIVING SCHOOL”, your company’s logo on the side. Luckily there wasn’t a student in the car. Very very disturbing to know that whoever was driving the gray Chevy Cruz (Ohio plate GIX9236) recklessly in Parma/Middleburg today is teaching people how to be a safe driver. I contacted the company and they didn’t seem to care. Not telling you what to do but I would not let a dog drive in a car with these people.

Fantastic experience: i just recently finished my last behind the wheel driving and during the 4 lessons i learned so much! my driving instructor was named Tammy and she made me feel comfortable and safe! was great at teaching defense driving and taught me maneuverability very quickly. definitely cares more about teaching her students how to save their lives while driving than just getting the lessons done!

Fantastic experience: I would highly reccomend Jack Snyder as an in-car instructor if you have a sense of humor and would like to make your in-cars as interesting as they can be. He taught me maneuverability in under 30 minutes both sides. He teaches real life situation driving including parking garage parking down town, highway driving and country roads.

Negative experience: So completely unprofessional, lost my cash payment at the branch office which I was never given a receipt for now won't release my son's certificate of completion unless I pay a second time! Website showed as paid up until last week when they changed it to unpaid. The woman was extremely rude and insisted that she was the supervisor and there was no one else we could talk to about the situation. I would not recommend this school to anyone as this was not the only issue we had with them. Their in car instructors are definitely hit and miss and some lack the patience to instruct teenagers for sure. I will be sending the next child elsewhere fof driver's education. Avoid this place like the plague!

Negative experience: scheduled appointments the first one he called and rescheduled the second one different guy had to reschedule i call and he does not answer the phone i would not apply here very dissatisfied with the service for what it costs i would expect better service considering asking for a refund

Negative experience: I paid for classes in July was able to schedule them for September and the instructor calls the day before my first lesson to say since I stay outside of the pickup area I would have to come to the office for my lessons I felt that was very unprofessional..my lessons were scheduled on advance there was plenty of time to notify me of this but I was able to get a refund...why should I pay so much for lessons and i can't get picked up and dropped off like your website states. Had they offered me a discount rate I would have gladly caught the bus from the eastside of town to thier office

Fantastic experience: Classroom lessons were awesome, Rob is a hoot & not to mention HILARIOUS! Unfortunately, there was a time when he sneezed and we said bless you and all he did was say "yeah". On the other hand, behind the wheel lessons were so much more than I expected them to be. My driving instructor got very personal with me. For example, during the end of my first btw lesson with him he told me about how his left butt cheek went numb and it was going to be a rough day because he had another in car. During my second btw he talked about his views on Donald Trump. It was weird but I dont really care. But, when I was driving, he would sometimes shove the folder in front of my face AS IM DRIVING to block me from looking forward instead of looking to the left or right depending on which way I was turning. I got a little stressed during maneuverability because he would raise his voice sometimes but I dont think he can comprehend emotion but he taught it very well 10/10. Other than that, this school is pretty good. He also slammed the brakes because he wanted to look at deer. to be continued.... UPDATE: George is THE BOMB!!!! When you do in cars, definitely get George!

Negative experience: The instructor is very racist I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !!!
