Negative experience: Unprofessional driving instructor and staff

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and highly experienced instructors. Chad was very cool.

Negative experience: So completely unprofessional. I understand having texting be a main form of communication as it may be easier to track what has been said or set up. However, The lack of communication of any sorts is completely appalling. I reached out via text as instructed to schedule some sessions giving a wide range of dates and times that I was available. Instead of continuing to schedule with me I was met with "Okay." Days went by with no further communication so I reached out again. Crickets. I am not one to complain or even write reviews but instead of feeling like I was communicating with a business I instead felt like I was begging a bad boyfriend for attention.

Fantastic experience: Chad was a great instructor for my sons. Very flexible schedules. Provided car for driving test. Would definitely recommend Chad and All-American Drivers Training.

Negative experience: When during COVID they had an online class. That was terrible, where you did all the work your self with no teaching from the teachers.All that and you still paid for an actual in person class. Then with on the road teaching they played Christian music while in the car that was very annoying and distracting.

Negative experience: One of the instructors Was caught fondling a young adult during training!! Absolutely unprofessional couldn't imagine letting my child train there!!

Fantastic experience: I had a 4 class package with Chad. I am a complete beginner with no driving was experience and he was great. He was positive in his teaching. I will go again for some extra lessons for getting more practice in. Thank you.

Positive experience: What kind of driving school is this? These people are never there and never return your calls after 1 whole month of absolutely nothing gracias por Nada !!! I think I will pay extra cash somewhere else like Chicago because A.A.D.S in Bloomington IL sucks !!! Update: Formerly rated this place 1 star today I will rate it 4 stars! I got my license with Chris he is patient ,very clear instructor and is NOT money hungry which is very important to me because I want to feel like my instructor cares about my progress he does. Thank-you Chris , you helped me overcome my fear of driving . I recommend Chris to anyone who has needs a kind and patient instructor . I would rate 5 stars but because of the wait it took me to get here but in the end it was all worth it.

Fantastic experience: Extraordinary! Great people & instructors. They answer the phone & questions while working around busy schedules...proving consideration & service still exist in our fast paced world.

Fantastic experience: All-American Drivers Training was absolutely amazing. Chad was very cooperative and flexible when it came to working around schedules. He was direct but at the same time informative when discussing the rules of the road. I had zero driving experience prior to going to All-American, but in just four lessons I was able to get my drivers license today with no problem. They even pick you up from your location for convenience. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son did his behind the wheel portion of drivers ed with All American. They were so easy to work with and his instructor was awesome! I highly recommend using them.

Fantastic experience: I attended All-American Drivers Training in the spring of 2016, and it was a wonderful experience both in the classroom and behind the wheel. They are very flexible on rescheduling class times for unforeseen conflicts, and they even provide a snack for the students. The behind-the-wheel instructors are always cool and collected, even when the driver is very much the opposite. They provide a great learning environment for the student, which at the end of the day is the most important part.

Negative experience: I hope they teach their drivers better than turning in front of a school bus that is unloading students while talking on their cell phone as their teacher was while waiting to pick a student up from NCWHS.
