Negative experience: I would give Zero stars if I could. If it wasn't for the government feeding this business, they would bankrupt. Worst runned Business I've ever dealt with.

Fantastic experience: Easy enrollment

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience of my life they wasted at least 3 months of my time and when I was finished I called and talked to Stephanie and it took another month nothing is important to them it was almost impossible for me to get my license back in another state every time I called her she said call back in 2 weeks call back in 2 weeks she has to be the rudest person I ever met in my life she knew I was having a hard time getting my license in Georgia but she's still wouldn't give me any information even though they are the ones that said I needed counseling this is all a big money maker for people that have businesses like this in Florida and Big Time judges kickbacks don't try to work with them if you're in a time frame because they don't care one lady runs five different offices it's ridiculous and I also think it's funny that you don't have a choice of another DUI school or another counseling place it's already lined up for the politicians to get their cut

Negative experience: This is another scam set up to make you fail. They only want money even if you have no issues they still take your money and make you go to counseling unnecessary counseling with more money and more money. It’s a scam. The state should shut this down. too bad the states part of it it’s all the money scandal.

Negative experience: Very ruid people inside

Negative experience: Expensive, should be offered online for people with disabilities sitting in a long class setting is almost impossible with my back problems. It's the only court approved DUI class in Hernando county so no other options to choose from. I've heard a lot of bad things about this place recently my first time was not bad just too early in the morning and too long of classes! Wish they offered more dates. And be prepared 90% of students will be remanded to extra counseling through their approved list with the county court system at least 12 classes that you pay for based on income! It doesn't matter what you say you will get counseling because you were arrested with either alcohol or a substance even if it was your first time ever even drinking! The price is ridiculous as well and if you're even a minute late you will lose your money you paid up front weeks in advance and have to pay and attend the class all over again! And people in Hernando County had to take the class in Inverness which is crazy when they know none of us can drive and it's a huge inconvenience on our friends and family at 7am it's like they're being punished for our mistakes too!

Negative experience: Staff is rude and nasty and doesn’t listen. They are the only place so get away with poor customer service. State needs a new place. They help no one here. They should be investigated!!

Negative experience: It was a victim impact pannel meeting. Nothing good, but just very sad. The state of Florida wants to rub it in, put a major guilt trip on you. Lotts and lotts Death. So you will never be intoxicated ever again. Especially driving.

Fantastic experience: Got to meet a motivational speaker Melissa Ann. Was unexpected and truly inspirational. Great experience. It was an eye opener and makes you appreciate life the way it is.

Negative experience: This company should be investigated by the authorities. They claim they are only interested in helping their clients to get their driving rights restored, but I believe it is clear that this is a money making scam if I’ve ever seen one. They give you a fixed timeframe to obtain the documentation needed - in this case my brothers driving record in all states he has lived in. This timeline is completely unreasonable (especially during a pandemic when most gov offices are either closed or running on reduced staff). We have made repeated attempts to obtain driving records from both NY and CA, to comply with their requirements. CA has told us that they no longer have driving records for him because it is outside of their retention period (he lived there for a year, 30 years ago!). This school will not acknowledge that we cannot get records from California and just keeps saying “those are the rules”. They will not allow us to proceed and is now requiring that he retake the dui class he has already completed AND pay all fees again because we failed to get a driving record that does not exist any longer. They actually called the police and tried (and failed) to have me trespassed after the receptionist abruptly ended our conversation and told me that she was going to call the police if I didn’t. I stayed calm and waited for them to arrive. The officers were sympathetic and understanding and I think they realized after hearing our story, that this company’s intentions were not focused on helping anyone. This company is a complete scam IMO. if you have to deal with them, good luck.

Negative experience: Always rude and way to fast with giving out information. Horrible at returning emails or anything

Negative experience: Been comming here for all of my dui related issues. Just showed up for an appointment on time and was 1min late because there was there were people in front of me. Got told I was late and had to pay to reschedule. This place is a money pit. Find another business.
