Fantastic experience: Great service far better than any of the schools local offer highly recommended

Negative experience: The instructor forced special needs children to stay on a school bus during a heat wave while she took her time having someone parallel park even though there’s about 1000 places to do that in the Quad cities. I didn’t approve and now the old instructor is always making hand gestures at me with a dirty look. Will tell everyone to stay away.

Positive experience: Went to get license and they did not put it in the computer.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love them. Ryan was my instructor and although I started off shakey with very little experience he took his time and showed me everything I needed to know. I now have my license and I cannot wait to send my son to them when it's his turn to learn. I would definitely recommend that everyone use them if your looking for a place that will take their time and teach you.

Fantastic experience: The best place to learn how to drive in the Quad Cities. Highly trained staff and newer quality vehicles! Angie who answers the phone is very professional and helpful with every question I had! Shane the owner was very personalable and informative on the rules of the road! I would highly recommend this locally owned family business!

Negative experience: This place need a person who knows how to provide information over the phone.Been calling to inquire about a lesson and the woman on the phone sounds like she doesn't even know where she's working at! She's so lost and not helping at all!!! Terrible terrible person to be answering phones for business! I think her name is Angela or Angie or something!

Fantastic experience: Skiles Driving School rocks! Just passed the road test and Sherry has been my instructor and for those who were nervous behind the wheel, including myself, she will help you do step by step to master he nuts and bolts of driving. Her back ground as a high school math teacher help me a lot understand driving behind the wheel by drawing pictures and symbols that are easier to remember .

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the classroom part of the program. My son has 2 driving days left but so far the instructors have been great. His driving skills have vastly improved with each class

Fantastic experience: Good job teaching my daughter.

Negative experience: I called for information regarding how the classes and schedules work. It was like pulling teeth to get information from the woman that answered the phone. I found that the more questions I had to ask got me information that should be provided. I had to call parents of kids who have taken the course to get all the information I needed. Educate this woman on how to answer the phone or replace her, geez!
